I am self employed and have been paying for health insurance for 30+ years. I broke my shoulder in a snowboarding accident 15 years ago and other than that, I get an annual physical. I pay more than $20K per year, so I am already paying more than my fair share.

It is odd to see a comment on personal responsibility coming from your side. I am responsible for my health. I do not need the government to tell me how to take care of my health or how to avoid a virus. Those consuming government products carry a significantly higher risk than I do.

As far as infecting others, I safely delivered groceries to the elderly long before the vaccine. Since the vaccine doesn't prevent infection, but only reduces symptoms, those with light symptoms will go to work and become the Covid version of Typhoid Mary.

Who is responsible for any long-term damage cause by this rushed product?

5% of the vaccinated do not develop resistance 95% do and only in extremely unusual cases do they become carriers.

I read the article .. and what it says is that 4 of the 5 people hospitalized were vaxxed - which is exactly in line with what one would expect if the vax had zero ability to prevent serious illness - which is why this is a bit shocking.

 

And natural immunity is achieved under house lockdowns and behind masks.. The whole thing has been a contradiction from the very get go..

It's time for the vaccine-privileged to stop pretending so that they can be reckless super spreaders. Immunization is not an impregnable shield against COVID. You still catch it, even from other vaccinated and you still spread it, even to vaccinated.

The CDC has been sitting on data that falsifies the lies multiple officials are telling us when they claim that 99 percent of deaths are among the unvaccinated and 95% of hospitalizations are unvaccinated. The CDC Director, Walensky, after being repeatedly shamed for hiding the ball is finally starting to lay the groundwork for revealing that this simply is not true. The vaxxed are catching it, the vaxxed are being hospitalized and the vaxxed are dying from it.

Covid-19 vaccines no longer prevent transmission, US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said Thursday.

“Our vaccines are working exceptionally well,” Walensky told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer. “They continue to work well for Delta, with regard to severe illness and death – they prevent it. But what they can't do anymore is prevent transmission.”

That is why the CDC is recommending even vaccinated people wear masks indoors again, Walensky said.

“If you're going home to somebody who has not been vaccinated, to somebody who can't get vaccinated, somebody who might be immunosuppressed or a little bit frail, somebody who has comorbidities that put them at high risk, I would suggest you wear a mask in public indoor settings.”

During the daily conversation today, somebody I know took the vaccine and got very sick. He had already had the Covid.

I had the Covid, not getting a vaccine. Natural human immunity>Artificial vaccines.

 

There are hospitals packed with Covid patients [mostly all over trumpland] and almost none of those people were vaccinated. The handful of vaccinated people who got sick enough to need hospitalization were mostly immune compromised.

Then he didn't have immunity. You get sick from the immune system response.
