Does that put posts like yours into the racist and bigot category?

    Don't shame people for saying "no you're a boy/man that's the women's restroom."

So you want men in dresses in the same room as little boys instead?

that is what republican want, trans men in the women's restroom

I think if one's physical appearance is that of a man, people will be more comfortable with them using the men's room

what people should be more concerned with is heterosexuals men pretending to be women as heterosexual males do the most rape in this country by far

I prefer private restrooms like we have at the gym and hospitals here - just makes things easier for everyone

Sounds good. You are what your are. You can play all the fantasies you want but if you were born with XY Chromosome you're male, else you're female. Pretend all you want , wear bras and cut your willie off - doesn't change a thing.

Yeah. The all look like that. The vast majority look like this actually.
    upload_2023-4-9_10-2-25.png

Still don’t think we need a law. Just common sense. Use the bathroom with the name of what you actually are, when it’s communal. If it’s just an individual stall, like small businesses, having men or women is kind of pointless. The problem is when what you are can’t be agreed upon we have societal meltdown because politicians are normalizing mental illness.

It may not, but it draws a much needed line in the sand. Hopefully in the future in Arkansas boys dressed as girls trying to do harm in restrooms will be prosecuted.

    They would if they could.
    Why not create transgender bathrooms?

One part of society always seems to have meltdowns. Especially when it comes to giving all people equal opportunities.
    Remember women could not vote
    Interracial marriage was forbidden
Jim Crowe laws put a certain segment of the population into poverty
    Gays could not marry.

It seems the list is endless for a certain segment of society to not let people be the people they are.
But life continues and little by little, more people get acceptance and opportunity.
But why does it always have to be such a fight?
Why do some feel the need to reject others?

Boys going into restrooms to do harm should have always been prosecuted.
Are you saying Arkansas let boys to harm in bathrooms before?

It is, so why did you post that hopefully in the future this new law will stop boys dressed as girls trying to do harm in restrooms will be prosecuted?

Do you think if it happened in the past they were not prosecuted?
    Explain your post.

We cull the sick ones from the herd lest they infect the healthy ones. That benefits the society as a whole.

Not sure how spending more money on more bathrooms will accomplish that, but hey, it's Arkansas and urine, a dangerous mix....

My solution is to isolate trans kids by sending them to schools for the terminally bewildered.

It has happened recently in at least 1 location in Virginia, and likely happened in other jurisdictions. Arkansas is trying to prevent such events in that state. Nothing wrong with that.

The problem is that certain people in power are encouraging such behavior by not punishing it when it does happen. You could say Arkansas is being proactive.

In order to stop boys from entering girls bathrooms and harming girls, there must be cases of it happening where there was no prosecution.

Where/who are certain people allowing boys to go into girls bathrooms to harm girls?
    Got some examples?

Arkansas is not being proactive. They are being reactive. And not to boys, if I read the bill/law correctly.

What restroom should this trans person go into?

It looks like you are wanting to punish people for simply using the facilities though — no one is saying that people that harm or harass others.

Why should a person that looks like a male, has male bits and lives as male be forced into the women’s bathroom because of their genetic makeup?

This will be a good issue for Governor Sanders.
Her critics will become political assets for future campaigns.

Most mass murders take place in gun free zones, which makes your post not make any sense.
