Well, there you go again. We have 100,000 troops in Europe right now; all trained and THE most experienced fighting force in the world. No, we would NOT have to "bring back the draft". But, IF we really needed to "bring back the draft" the chips would really be down and (again) NO, it would not be "political suicide".
