Clearly untrue. This is propaganda bilge. 25% of Israelis aren't even jewish and even some, progressive, jewish Israelis support the Single State under which a separatist ' Israel' would cease to exist.

 

So thrilled were the Palestinians to sell their worthless land to hard working Jews that by 1947, the Zionists owned a whole less than 7%.

 

At what stage was Zionism elected to become the sole voice of World Jewry, out of interest? And is World Jewry happy to be tainted with the war criminal activities of the Zionist Governments in Israel?

TBH...I have never, since the age of reason, believed that being a Jew gave Jews any more rights to grab somebody else's land on the basis of a spurious fairy story written by those with an axe to grind, anymore than I believe that it would be acceptable for Catholics to flood Scotland and remove all Protestants and take it over because Scotland was once a Catholic country.But I have never had a problem with the concept of Zionism, which is simply a religion pretending to be a nation, and looking for somewhere that they can become a nation of religious people. My problem has always been that the secular originators of Zionism, for their own purposes, used the religious "next year in Jerusalem" to drum up support among the religious, using the ambition of taking over Palestine..because if that was not the whole point of the exercise, there could have been a safe haven for Jews long before the holocaust in Europe!

And being a bit of a cynic, I look at an Israel in which Ashkenazi Jews are predominant in population, in government and in most other important positions......and rather wonder if Israel wasn't the next best option for those Eastern European Jews who missed the boat of the Russian Revolution..as in didn't get in there fast enough to get meaningful power! Just a thought, you understand!

Where are your links to prove your completely ridiculous assertion that 97% of Jews are Zionists? I can do you links to show that of the 5 million+ American Jews, (at least a third of world Jewry) less than 3% of them bothered their arses to spend a few dollars to register and vote for Israeli Governments. I can do you links to show that Israel is incandescent that all those American Jews you claim to be Zionists won't leave the diaspora to make their way back to the "Promised Land" you claim they support..because they are Americans by nationality, and Jews by religion or culture, so don't need to go anywhere else to feel Jewish....or not.

I'd really be interested in how you would prove libel (not slander) against the Jewish State by Margot because an accusation of either is negated by truth.

Technically, everyone is a Zionist, since everyone believes that the individual has the right to live in their home. Maybe Try_This believes that Zionism is the belief that one has the right to live in someone else's home? Such seems to be the case.
