    Remember when democrats changed the process for approving judges then whined when republicans used that process? I do.

    nope, changing the votes to 50 was not the normal process

    dems did it for lower court judges, republicans did it for SC judges

    republicans should of been happy with the lower court change and left it alone, but republicans got greedy

    The filibuster should be removed. Elections are supposed to have consequences. The party in the minority should not be able to wield such power.

    Had .normal, establish over more than 200 years, methods been employed T**** would have named one justice. Only one.
    I don't want to change the number of justices, let two retire, Breyer and Thomas, replace them with moderate left justices and rely on Roberts to maintain sanity of the far right members and I'll be satisfied.
    And for goodness sake return to 60 to be confirmed to force more moderate voices. They turn liberal almost unilaterally for sure, Reagan had one go flaming liberal, but it looks better.

    Hasn't come before this court .... yet. The justices only rule on cases brought to them.
