was the picture taken at a protest about police use of force or police brutality?

I think it is. You might want to read that more closely...

I agree about the lying part and I don't know how far the t-shirt indicates a bias/prejudice that could require a retrial.

Again, I don't think the outcome would change....

    I've read it 10 times

If I marched in a BLM march against police brutality in St. Paul the day after Floyd's death, I would answer No to that question...

But if you and I can disagree on the import of that question, others can as well...

Common, The kardashian joke is funny, I hope you at least get it?

    oh well...

in any case no, a jury of all black and white women is not representative in a case as important as this. You can put up the strawman of race quotas if you want, it’s about all you

If you'd said "antifa" you would be correct. But its not what you said, and its not what the photo shows.

O? You had a point in that screed? Do tell us.

It does — I think the odd murder charge definition threw a bunch of people off.

    You said:
The jury of his “peers” consisted of black people, women, and 2 mixed race

No strawman necessary — Do you not think black people women or mixed race people are peers to a white male?

I do not because I am not familiar enough with the Kardashians and their circle. Here's what I know: They are 3 sisters who are essentially very high class (read dollar) prostitutes. Kim is a well known gold digger, and got her start with a sex tape. The others I know even less about. Their father lopped his dick off and calls himself a lady, now running for Gov of California as a pub. Mom is also a hoe, and was married to an OJ attorney, while having an affair with the guy who eventually chopped his dick off and prior to that ****ing OJ as well. Small world.
They have I think half sisters or cousins or something? Also hoes who essentially sell their bodies for money. That's about it.

Gosh if that were the case, why didn't Chauvin's attorney make a Batson challenge? I mean you're the one wanting a race quota dude, I only asked about it after you brought it up.

    Not a marxist dumbass.
    Not a liberal either.
Definitely not an authoritarian genius, maybe you need to google libertarian thought. Or let the adults talk while you run along and play. Either or, really.

Truth? Chauvin actually is very likely guilty of committing 2nd-degree manslaughter... but I've always thought the murder charges were nothing but vindictive, overwrought nonsense!

Why would Chauvin have even wanted to 'MURDER' him? To a patrol car cop, a drugged-up criminal creep like Floyd was nothing but another uninspiring entry in a log book of a typical day's events down in the 'hood....

Chauvin should have thrown his ass in the back of the patrol car and had Floyd hauled off to the station. Too bad for both of them.... :lonely:

trumps DOJ literally hid evidence and his administration blacked certain investigations — how did that occur here?

What evidence was hidden? The evidence and testimony that I saw was very condemning. Y’all just don’t like the result...

Common, there’s no reason to lump others into your cluelessness with words like “us”. Rather rude of you I’d say. And presumptuous. Thought you didn’t like presumption.

the point my dear, is to illustrate in as clear a way as possible, your hypocrisy as it relates to race issues, to which I have already commented on earlier but seemed needing to be dumbed down even more.

...oh and antifa and BLM are the exact same thing, they both protest racial issues and they are both violent.

Think of them like the thug wings of the Democratic Party, one wing is white, the other is black. Because segregation is how the Democrats roll

Then you have seen his answers to the juror questionnaire? Where did you find that information?

The first juror selected was a White man in his 20s or 30s who works as a chemist and said he has an analytical mind.
The third juror selected was a White man in his 30s who works as an auditor. He said he supports Black Lives Matter in the general context but doesn't like everything they have done.

Thanks for finally bringing clarity to what is being alleged, in this thread. Of course, it would be disqualifying of a jury's verdict if any of its members got on that jury through false pretenses. That said, just because of a photo with the juror wearing a BLM shirt, is no more reason to ASSUME that he must have participated in protests over police overuse of force, than is wearing a Penn State sweatshirt proof that the wearer graduated from that institution (or ever attended). Certainly, though, it should be checked out.

He basically didn’t fill it out and they’re saying “that’s cool with us! Where’s the lie??” It’s pretty hilarious

Can't you remember when you wrote "The jury of his “peers” consisted of black people, women, and 2 mixed race"?

You know, I think I can see a way that this poorly worded question is going to be used to try to stink up this juror

Two ways to parse this out, with me adding some pauses to separate the different possible meanings

    1. Did you participate in marches against police brutality........that took place in Minneapolis after Floyds death
    2. Did you participate in marches..... against (the) police brutality that took place in Minneapolis.... after Floyds' death - adding (the) here would be VERY helpful.

I asked the other 2 members of my house to read this, and they both agree with interpretation #1.... Only a march in Minneapolis would qualify as a Yes answer....

I think question 12 is more relevant.

"Other than what you have already described above, have you, or anyone close to you, participated in protests about police use of force or police brutality?"

Between the shirt he was wearing, which is an obvious reference to the knee on Floyd, the BLM hat, and the event he went to which was at least partially about Floyd, I'd say his answer of "no" on this shows that he lied.

Gotta say, I joined up in 2008 to this forum and left for 10 years. The liberals back then were a lot more fun to spar with. You guys are just...sad. Oh well

I didn’t ask what I was talking about. I’m well aware. I asked what you were talking about. Cite your source cause mine says quite different and none of the Marxist authoritarian Molotov cocktail swilling liberals here have commented different on what would I think be considered a major point

Number 2 would imply that who ever wrote the question is saying that police brutality in Minneapolis did indeed happen

The murder charge NM actually doesn’t fit well with what other states charge as murder. It has nothing to do with purpose — if excessive force / felony assault is charged and death occurs it can be charged as murder if it results in death.

Did you or did you not say the above? Are those individuals his peers? If not why did you write it?

Slinging insults instead of just taking ownership just show your own agenda

Try googling either of the sentences in my post and the answer will appear. What is your source as it is wrong
