    No, I don't believe that to be true. I know I am safe in my own home, it is only when I venture out into the public I am at risk of contracting the virus.

    So we can choose not to die from COVID, but we can starve to death. That's a wonderful alternative the government has given us! And it's mostly a Democratic-led initiative. Thus, I won't be voting Democratic in this year's elections. 4 years hasn't changed the democratic contempt for middle class workers.

    Jail and $7K fine for providing for her family? That is not justice.

    Using that logic, you should be in jail as well. Are you going to take the position that your contact with others was limited to only necessity? Home Depot is crowded with people buying plants and she gets to go to a crowded jail for cutting hair using more caution than Home Depot.

    If it pleases the crown, may I please feed my family?

    We can't lessen crap.
    Even if we could flatten the curve, it would only spread out infections, not decrease them.

    The people who are out providing goods and services for you to enjoy in your home can spread it, and if anyone dies, it's your fault for not sitting in your cold dark house, starving

    The Carona Walkers should be locked away in their homes without one single good or service that any other human has to provide. These essential service workers can spread the virus to other essential workers. These good little distancers should forego all such goods and services. And, they should die in their homes should they get sick, and not risk the spread of their germs to healthcare workers. If it "saves even one life" it's worth it.

    I am onboard with this but the business owners should stop receiving any federal assistance from the government and be legally responsible for all staff and patrons. Let the accountability be put on them for damages they cause.

    Once infected you're required to reach out to users you have had contact within a certain period. If an employee got infected by a visitor or coworker the company should take responsibility if they are not considered essential .

    No one is being forced to go to her salon, but the judge is fining her $7,000 and forcing her to a covid infected prison where she could catch the virus and die. I call that cruel and unusual punishment.

    Such is a free society, we cannot be led down a path where we are "privileged" or "permitted" for a civil action or not. The idea of living in a Chinese-style government, and not as a matter of elections(IE: Choice) but diktat, is very scary in America.

    Liberals don't realize what they're doing and what they're making us give up.

    The TX AG is recommending that the judge change the sentence. If he refuses Gov Abbot should act to get her out of jail. The judge should be impeached.

    Trump didn't shut down the economy. State governors shut it down. If one doesn't like it, then they should direct their grievances towards State governors.

    Now there's an interesting assertion. I suppose no one has ever "staved" in history have they? Perhaps they died because they had been staved... I think most folks would use the more general term for it... impaling...
