I appreciate the idea you are conveying but it is based on a false premis, not taking into account that basic rights cannot infringe upon each other but coexist. I know many Muslims consider HR to be lacking a right of respect for religion however this notion is untenable and in conflict with the basis of equality on which HR are founded.

The freedom of expression means to express one's ideas and opinions freely through speech, writing, and other forms of communication. Other forms of communication here does not include destroying property as this would be in conflict with article 17 in the declaration of HR wherein everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others and no one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property. It is perfectly possible to protect both of these rights in a modern society. Communicating by acts of destroying property belongs in the gangster world not in a modern civil society.

If you are referring to the Israeli settlers who were forced to leave in 2005 then I'm not sure what rights or freedom they had to live in Gaza. If you are referring to the present Palestinian population then it is Hamas which controls them and true it has little respect for freedom of expression etc. regarding such as Western cultural imperialism in tune with the citizens, however Gazans are not a nation.
