It does. Nobody have ABSOLUTE freedom of speech, not even the USA.

 

The moment people are incited to kill each other that freedom is kinda dangerous.

Mocking, annoying, insulting are all fine.

 

Mocking, annoying or insulting could be viewed as inciting "discrimination" against the minority. Hell, my advocacy for marriage limited to heterosexual couples could be viewed as inciting discrimination.

Good question. Criticism of racism must be applied equally to be effective.

 

Freedoms are always limited when they conflict with one another. Contemporary French society is one with a comparatively high threshold before speech incites to the curtailment of other basic freedoms.

 

If i call for violence on Muslims or Blacks I also get sentenced do not worry.
