It's all manufactured outrage. This poster plays the ignorance card when confronted with a problem, but it's fairly typical of what I see on this board.
Most Trump supporters can't actually articulate why they think Trump is a great leader, or why they oppose Democrats, etc, or even a cogent reason why they are one side of an issue or another. It's mostly regurgitated talking points, probably mostly from social media. When pressed for more details, the lights go out, or the goal post gets moved.
