President Bush mentioned the incubator incident in five of his speeches and seven senators referred to them in speeches backing a pro-war resolution.

Highly exaggerated reports of thousands of deaths were accepted uncritically, as the PR firm using Kuwaiti contacts inside the country smuggled 24 videotapes to a hungry, unquestioning and gullible mass media."

Literally no one is arguing otherwise, but they are open loyalists to the Russian Federation. The Russian invasion doesn't exactly help their platform. The only parties suspended in Ukraine are the Russian loyalist parties, which is understandable considering there is an ongoing war with Russia.

Again, the US didn't allow British Loyalists to hold seats when the Articles of Confederation were established during the American Revolution, only we took it a step farther and allowed state governments to confiscate property from people who were known loyalists.

At the time of war, many countries suspend their constitution.
Ukrainian parliament approved placing the country into the state of war twice and each approval lasts 30 days. Zelensky can’t become a dictator for life because the state of war always has a 30 day expiration. Once the hostilities end, the state will be lifted and all laws will return to normal.
So, you can stop your Russian propaganda. Ukraine is not a dictatorship.

That is a lie. No effort has been made by you or any others to prove that all of those 11 parties are loyal to Russia. The opposition party condemned the invasion of Ukraine by Russia.

In the state of war, free speech rights can be suspended. Even in the US. After the war is over, those parties can resume their activities.

Pelosi is not the POTUS, but if there was land invasion of the U.S. by a much more powerful military then we would see similar limitations here.
I can give you one example - one of the lawmakers from the pro-Russian political party was caught filming a Ukrainian block post and fortifications. The lawmaker enjoys quite a bit of immunity, but if he places those videos on the social media, all Ukrainian soldiers in that location could be killed as a result of his actions. Similar thing happened before - someone posted a picture of military equipment by a Ukrainian mall and a few hours later the entire mall was heavily bombed.
This sh!t is very serious and the legal framework of the time of peace cannot apply to the time of war.

There is a legal framework that addresses the issue of placing the country into the state of war. Zelensky acts entirely within that framework.
