Hunter Biden sues Rudy Giuliani over laptop

If this isn't desperation what is? Hunter is claiming he left the laptop at a repair shop when in fact he abandoned it. The repair shop owner says he tried calling Hunter without success. Hunter's laptop became fair game. Any lawyer will tear this lawsuit apart. Hunter has already lost one lawsuit against the repair shop owner, I guess he's going for a second loss.

Hunter Biden has sued former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani and another attorney over alleged violations of computer fraud and data access related to a laptop computer Biden is said to have left at a Delaware repair shop.

 

Pretty sure he forfeited ownership of it.

But at least this is a good way for him to admit that yes indeed it was his laptop.

Remember when this entire administration manipulated the media and the intelligence agencies to lie to us and say that it wasn't real?

When they used all of that during the election cycle to manipulate the results?

it's a civil lawsuit, not criminal since no crime was committed by Rudy. The Big Guy gets kickbacks; so what. They all get kickbacks whether Republican or Democrat.

If Biden can be coherent for 1 minute, he should simply state the obvious................we all do it yet y'all keep voting for us.

 

This is typical Democrat strategy. They keep opening lawsuits to bankrupt their opposition into submission. The lawsuits can be totally frivolous or baseless, but the idea is the same. You bury them in legal expenses.

A proper reform would be to make the plaintiff pay if the court rules the suit was baseless.

If Hunter gets any type of victory in this, no matter how small, it will allow the Big Guy & Co to run around and discount everything on the laptop.

I hope the judge rules the same way the judge in the Zimmerman/NBC case where Zman sued NBC for editing his 911 call to make him sound like a racist. In that case, if I recall correctly, the judge said Zman couldn't sue because he was a public figure even though it was the news media that made him a public figure.

No, lots of outlets covered the laptop. Problem was only the post actually had access to it. Nobody else could see it and it came from a candidates lawyer…hardly instills confidence lol

 

Can you imagine if the shoe was on the other foot? 'Chain of custody' would come up immediately and the leftist media would be accused of reporting without fact. That anyone could have tampered with the laptop, therefore, the evidence.

Why do you guys constantly bring up the chain of custody issue when the texts and emails on the laptop can be verified by the people who sent and received them? If only some law enforcement agency was willing to investigate....if only.

 

There are plenty of people that would not have voted for him if they knew the extent of his son's criminal activities and their implications of Biden.

They wouldn't have tried so desperately to bury the laptop if it wasn't damaging to him.
