No CEO has ever denied me anything, but if he did, it would be because my policy didn't cover it, not because he is evil. Otherwise, I'd cancel the policy and shop sewhere, savvy?

Still waiting for a serious answer

If you have a secondary policy, you are buying that in the marketplace, and wealthy enough to do so. "The Medicare for all" proponents don't contemplate anyone having to do that, and it's a good thing, because many can't.

Oh ... so we're drawing lines now, are we? How about I like to stretch out on a couch and tell the shrink that I didn't get enough toys at Christmas? More line drawing?

What if that cosmetic surgery is, in the shrink's opinion, necessary to boost a woman's self esteem? Some bureaucrat is going to overrule him?

I can if you keep your nose out of my business and pay for it myself. That won't be allowed in your Brave New World.

Thanks for the roads, parks, schools. Leave my health care to me. As you have paid for all those other things for me I now have the money to pay for my own health care.

...and healthcare for the poor, and food for the poor, and housing for the poor. With the high poverty level in the US where do you draw the line. How much longer can you continue to pay for everyone else. With cities like Chicago and LA having 22% of their populations below the poverty line how will you continue to support everyone?

When a person pays into Medicare they are paying for their own care not for the care of old people.
    Are you in that 1%?

I don’t consider a generous I consider it necessary. Perhaps you don’t want to clean air I do. Perhaps you don’t want medical research, I do perhaps you don’t care about the poor, I do

We can start by raising the minimum wage. These huge corporations making billions of dollars can certainly raise the minimum-wage. We help those huge corporations I’d rather help the poor

No alcohol, Pot or other drugs not prescribed by a doctor as medically necessary. Fast food....gone. If everyone is to pay for health care for all, they get a say in what you eat, drink and smoke.

What's stopping you from helping the poor? How much have you donated this year? Or would you prefer to help the poor with other peoples money?

Correct. What us the difference in telling a citizen that he must use government provided health care and telling him he can't smoke or eat Skittles?

I stole this from a guy named Eddie Monaghan:

    [QUESTION]

What would happen if we re-distributed the world's 1%'s wealth back to the 99% as a one-time reset?

    [ANSWER]
Eddie Monanaghan, studied at Federal Way High School (1995)
Updated Jun 15, 2017 · Upvoted by Douglas Joslin, MBA Business & Economics, University of Michigan (1975)

"Listen… I’m not rich, compared to many other Americans anyway, and what I do have, I busted my ass for.

So has that ‘1%’ you’re complaining about. Do you know why I don't have Bill Gates money? Because I didn't care to put in the time and effort to earn that, manage that, invest that, or create jobs out of that… but do you know who DID do that? Those super rich guys.

Every manufacturing company, every retail outlet, every restaurant chain… all of them provide jobs and stuff we use, stuff we need. Every one of those is owned by some rich guy, who took the time to educate himself, manage his funds, invest, and probably even donate for public assistance programs.

If we took all their wealth and redistributed it to you, me, and everyone else, do you know how it would turn out? Everyone would be equally broke- except the people that provide your jobs. Know why?

Because they have put the time and effort into creating that money you so greedily demand, and would manage their money wisely and again create those jobs while you and I would take our $15 and buy some beer or something else equally stupid.

What great thing have you done? Did you solve a world issue? No? Did you create jobs? No? Did you cure a disease? No?

So, then… you imply that you are entitled to wealth simply because you consume oxygen and food… nothing more. Out of thin air, you have decided that billionairs don't need that money and therefore it is basically YOUR money… sorry. The world doesn't work that way."

Nope, there is no special Medicare account, the bills are paid from the general budget, where government runs 22 trillions of deficit, so your money has been stolen.
I am actually paying for you NOW. You are leeching money from my pockets. It is YOU who agreed to that stupid system to pay for imaginary benefits in future, instead of demanding universal health care from the government.

I am not confused. There is no reason to setup this system.
It is clear that intent is to upsell services and not to pay.

There absolutely NO reason to separate Anesthesiology from Surgery.
May be I should also get bills from people who are cleaning surgery room?
How about separate bill from XRay manufacturer?
Or separate bill from drug producers?

    Yea, this is a fraud,
But yes, people are brainwashed and think this is normal.
It is not normal, it is clear customer deception.
