This respirator can be worn for hours. It has been done for years. I've worn them for hours.

They could easily be worn shopping and commuting. Some workers might choose to wear them. I don't see them indoors and at the office for a disease like covid. Ebola? Hand me the PPE.

    It's a 39-page book, not a cite.

Anyway, I'm not convinced surgical or cloth masks are part of how we should limit the spread of covid. He would be preaching to the choir.

    Peddling bullshit stories.

Graphene is optically transparent nano particles (and a nano particle is a small particle that ranges between 1 to 100 nano meters in size, which is undetectable by the human eye) and widely used transparent conducting films (TCFs) because of its extreme thinness and clarity.

The cite is contained in the quote.

The valve makes the mask useless. How many aerosol particles entering your lungs or the lungs next to you does it take to become infected?

People can decide for themselves if they want to take the covid vaccine.

    They've been around for years.

Have you considered they may work?

Nice dodge. What does mold and as asbestos have to do with aerosol transport of viruses?

Yeah, well--I think this has gone far enough.

You cite a book we have to buy without quoting from it.

    Sure.

I doubt it. They are uncomfortable and relatively expensive. It is easier use something comfortable that satisfies social norms. The government actually recommended bandanas so you can see where the social norms originated.

I know. They are about 85% effective. I said so on this forum. There is only one N95 RESPIRATOR.

I didn't refer to those in any of my posts. I only referred to the respirator version.

They aren't expensive, especially if government subsidizes them.

    upload_2023-3-8_8-38-7.jpeg

I could see a lot of people being interested in wearing them in situations where they find themselves at risk--not with the Omicron variant, but maybe with a Delta.

I have been referring to N95 RESPIRATOR masks, not what you included in your post. They look like an N95 mask but they have a valve in the front. They were selling for about $5 during the pandemic. They are disposable so you needed a new one every day. What you posted might work too but it wasn't included in the test. and isn't certified for medical use.

They're using them in hospitals. They've been tested against the virus.

    I don't wear an N95 when if I wear a respirator.
