My friends, I am CANADIAN and we have MEDICARE. I know you people condem our helth system as being third-world but I assure you that this is a lie being fed to you by the INSURANCE COMPANIES who stand to lose their collective shirts if the USA adopts national health care paid for by taxes.

In 1994 I had cancer and was treated immediately and thank God survived, in 2002 I had a heart attack and was treated immediately and was operated on in 14 days following the attack. These are the most serious of my illnesses and I paid ZERO, NOTHING, NO CHARGE for either incident. Follow-up and all drugs were paid for by MEDICARE. In the USA I would have went broke or died.

Call our system all the bad things you want to, spread all the lies about it that you want to. Our CANADIAN system WORKS, we wont give it up, and we dont lose everything when we get sick.

AMERICANS it is time you woke up and got into the 21st century. Support your PRESIDENT and demand MEDICARE for all.

I'd call it a serious shortcoming when your best and brightest are smart enough not to bet their life on the Canadian socialized health system.

 

So, free clinics should demand proof of citizenship prior to treatment, but

employers should not demand proof of citizenship prior to hiring.
