So........you never posted any link in support of the assertion I asked about. Your ineffectual word salad notwithstanding.

I asked a question about who the "Big Guy" was. Did you answer the question?

See post # 314. I'm still waiting for you to substantiate the claim you asserted. So far you have provided nothing.

I did see it. I saw no explanation of who the Big Guy is. The laptop (and Tony Bobulinski) presents (at least circumstantial) evidence that the Big Guy is Joe Biden.

Any word of what this witness revealed? Release the transcript of the testimony and let the speculation be over. Wouldn't you agree with that?

In that case you need a remedial reading comprehension class.

I'm still waiting for you to substantiate the claim you asserted. So far you have provided nothing.

It’s a bipartisan belief that this is a politically motivated attack against trump

You should join one yourself. The article stated Joe Biden was not the Big Guy (despite the testimony of Tony Bobulinski). What it did not do is reveal who the Big Guy is. But maybe you are better at reading what isn't there, then I am.
I'm still waiting for you to tell me who the Big Guy is. But you've already admitted you're not interested so I won't hold my breath waiting on you.

I can't help noticing you're rather insistent that I keep answering your insipid questions yet you never answer the question I asked. Why is that?

Whether it is or it isn't the Judiciary Committee has no place questioning the prosecutorial decisions of Bragg or any other local DA.

They do when it should be a federal case. What is he going to go after him for, a misdemeanor? Get real this thing holds no weight except political weight. If this is the door you all are going to advocate to open (political prosecutions) then be ready for when it comes your way.

I've essentially given up. We have rightwingers calling leftwingers fascist and socialist.
Democrats were too far left in 1972, 1976, 1980, 1984 and 1988. If you recall, most Democrats even voted against the Gulf War. I think Reagan and George H.W. Bush faced way-too-liberal opponents: Carter, Mondale, Dukakis.

Obama, a strong liberal, beat McCain because Bush started a war in Iraq and screwed up the economy. The Tea Party, radical themselves, made advances in 2010 against a very liberal Obama. They went too far and allowed Obama to slip back in.

Too liberal Hillary couldn't beat a populist Trump even though she did win the popular vote.
Trump lost because he turned out to be too far right and screwed up the covid response.

Democrats didn't steal the election, Trump lost it.

Both parties are way too far left and too far right at the moment.

Ridiculous. The pretense they used was that federal funds were used in the investigation. They weren't.

IMO, what you want is too far right. You risk a huge backlash if you manage to gut social spending when many Americans make less in inflation-adjusted dollars than they did 40+ years ago. Abortion rights are another area you're going too far.

It’s not ridiculous at all. What law are they claiming he broke that this DA wants to go after him for?

Congress isn't the DoJ. They are not authorized to do criminal investigations. The only valid purpose for a Congressional subpoena is to obtain information required to create an active piece of legislation and there is no other means to obtain that information. Both parties in Congress have been abusing their subpoena powere. Bannon is fighting his nonsensical Congressional contempt and is likely to win as he goes up the chain of appeals. This will hopefully reset these Congressional abuses of power.

That said, @Lee Atwater was very happy with Democrats abusing their power and Bannon's contempt nonsense for not showing up to their hearing. So he has no leg to stand on here. It's just pure hypocrisy. Bragg has said he isn't showing up because it's an invalid subpoena due to not being attached to active legislation, which he agrees with. Yet, he celebrated Democrats holding conservatives in contempt for the same reason.

    How?

Want an example of an abuse of power?

WASHINGTON — The Trump administration escalated its defiance of Congress on Wednesday, as the Justice Department refused to let an official testify on Capitol Hill and President Trump vowed to fight what he called a “ridiculous” subpoena ordering a former top aide to appear before lawmakers.

“We’re fighting all the subpoenas,” Mr. Trump told reporters outside the White House. “These aren’t, like, impartial people. The Democrats are trying to win 2020.”

    https://www.nytimes.com/2019/04/24/us/politics/donald-trump-subpoenas.html

Would you advise Biden to do the same?

Oh gotcha, I assumed you meant the Congressional subpoena. The federal government has little control over how states run their criminal justice system as long as they aren't violating someone's constitutional rights... which in this case Bragg is skating the line very closely. The grand jury process is probably something they wouldn't want to get involved in. They would likely want to see how everything plays out first. At this point Bragg seems scared to continue after being exposed.

A sane energy policy that recognizes the overall effect that policy has on the entire fiscal health of the country is too much to hope for? A sane border policy that controls immigration and believes the border actually has that function is crazy? A foreign policy that has our leader meeting with the leadership of our adversaries like Russia, China and N Korea is crazy? Establishing red lines and enforcing them is bad politics? Reducing our commitment to areas of conflict that we are and have been over involved is bad policy?

Want to know what I think was Trump's biggest sin, that made him totally unacceptable to so many? He was an outsider and he governed as an outsider. Bureaucratic DC could not tolerate that, it broke too many rice bowls. We are governed by bureaucrats that we never voted for. Do I love Trump? Hell no, he's an ******* but I love the country he represents.

Biden has always been a liar. He gave the liberals everything they could possibly want and now he has a year and a half to tack back to the center. I don't know if the Warren-Sanders left will let him/.
Yes. She just wouldn't be able to stomach turning women back into second class citizens.

I just can't imagine many of the moderate women I know accepting government telling them they have to stay pregnant and give birth. It's way too much government involvement in their lives.

It never ceases to baffle me how pro-choice advocates ignore what the Supreme Court stated in Roe vs Wade.

    https://www.britannica.com/event/Roe-v-Wade
Abortion was never declared an absolute right.
