on praising this Accuser and explaining the need for an F.B.I.
background check.
It's as if the Dems are helping her make her case.

Pretty sure, "pushed himself on me, covered my mouth with his hand when i tried to scream for help, laughing at my expense, and fondling my body" are pretty darn specific.

She is her own person. Presuming that her willingness to testify and subject herself and her family to this exposure is because she is "a tool of the Democrats" belittles her bravery.

If Ford is part of a Machiavellian plot by the Democrats to sink Kavanagh, I would need to know how they managed to find a woman who might lose everything if a single word in her testimony was a lie.

Begging your pardon councilor, but we need specifics that can be tested for veracity. Time and place are requirements, they can be tested and prove either damning or exculpatory. This memory, condensed down to a one minute vignette isn't enough to make a credible claim. I need more.

 

She is a disgrace on the nation and so are the Democrats who paraded her out here to smear a good man.

She has no evidence whatsoever any of this actually happened. The people she claimed were there, deny it ever happened. They also deny being there.

 

The only truth being examined today has to do with Dr. Ford and Judge Kavanaugh. Is that smarting you?

This format is ridiculously awkward.... If we are going to break with normal tradition by bringing the prosecutor lady, I would prefer to see this handled more like a trial format...

D's pick somebody (I would recommend Klobuchar) to do a full examination, then let Mitchell do a full cross, then Klobuchar does a follow up....

Then repeat in reverse for Kavanaugh...

 

For 'truth' to be examined, you'd need to have evidence of it. Giving this tool a hearing(which, she is a tool whether she wants to admit it or not, say it or not) has been a sham on the Senate.

 

Setting aside that she is providing you much more detail, under oath, right now...

You need more to do what? To sentence him for a crime? Fair Enough.

But do you need more to ask for a full FBI investigation before appointing him to a lifetime appointment before the Supreme Court?

Do you need more to ask that the other alleged assailant, Mark Judge, be subpoenaed before appointing Kavanaugh to a lifetime appointment before the Supreme Court?

Do you need more to ask questions of the other alleged victims?

 

They also mentioned Safeway and Delaware.... there might be a few more topics than just 2 people...

and harping over the absolute need for a F.B.I. investigation.
Then how Mark Judge needs to be subpoena for his role.
Using a name to attack His { Mark Judge } character and credibility.
Durbin is again ... Not asking as if trying to establish Credibility as to
this Accuser's accounts but helping her in Defense of any specific details.

This lady grew up confident, self assertive, driven, not a 'victim.'

 

Her words aren't credible, not even under oath. Because her story's never been consistent, not once. She has to prove a consistent, reliable story and it has to be backed with evidence to proceed. Not "Oh, let me change some things and my memory!"

 

The prosecutor is extremely professional, dispassionate, and methodical. Sad that the Democrats didn't follow that model.
