The fact Joe has never been investigated by the DOJ that would lead to indictments or convictions as we see more and more “reasonable suspicion” issues uncovered is very telling that the corrupt DOJ is covering up for criminal Joe.

 

If Congressional Republicans descry a political benefit to forming committees to investigate the President and his family, that is what they will do.

The little part you left out is the DOJ starts investigates first under the low bar of "reasonable suspicion", they collect evidence and proof they think shows beyond reasonable doubt ....not me, not you, or a dog named Boo, but the DOJ.... that evidence/proof is what is brought before the courts to determine "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law"

So please show us the DOJ investigations into Joe Biden and the Biden family shady dealings...

 

And when "evidence" is fake or insufficient, criminal investigations are not undertaken.

I leave the determination of whether criminal indictments should be charged to grand juries who asses the evidence.

Of course, an indictee remains innocent until proven guilty.
