Indeed. Whether a powerful Democrat or an impotent Republican, credible evidence of criminality is still required.

My first question to you is, why do you continue to support this criminal family? I doubt you get paid, but on the off chance you do, is repping for these criminals something you think you must do? Hard to know.

Have you seen the allegations from the IRS and DOJ whistleblowers? If not, would you actually look? Just another example of a thread you posted where you start a conversation no one is worried about...

Actually, you would not have been targeted by hyper-partisan media, and the Trump-appointed judge may have been less severe in your settlement.

Right wing media and America's system of justice are distinctly disparate entities.

Why some are incapable of distinguishing is puzzling.

I try not to generalize. Republicans good, democrats are bad, etc. However, no matter how you try to shade it, failure to declare millions of dollars of income and a blatant lie on a background check will likely end up with most of us getting more than a slap on he back of the hand.

An investigation with little to no investigative activity. You do understand the difference between law and politics, right?

Your link only talks about the charges, not that he got more than a slap on the back of the hand. You need to read your links.
"The charge has resulted in serious prison time in other cases. A 23-year-old from Waterloo, Iowa, was recently sentenced to nearly five years in federal prison for possession as a drug user, while another 23-year-old in Lincoln, Nebraska, received three years in federal prison on the charge. Other sentences have not been as harsh: A man arrested during a burglary call in Vermont in May 2022 received a sentence of time served in March 2023. (There are undoubtedly other recent cases; but those that resulted in nonsubstantial sentences are also less likely to be mentioned in press releases issued by U.S. Attorney's Offices.)"

As noted, the Trump-appointed judge treated Hunter Biden more severely than most.

Some with partisan agendas wish he had been treated harsher, some less so. That's often the case, but the legal settlement is what it is.

My first question to you is, why do you incessantly fail to understand what does, and what does not, constitute direct evidence?
You have asked a loaded question. That is a question with an assumed premise.

You assume that Joe Biden is a criminal.

    I ask for proof.

You provide none, only circumstantial evidence, the kind of which there are easily innocent explanations, but no hard evidence.

Until you can provide direct evidence, you cannot ask a question with that assumed premise.

If these "IRS and FBI whistleblowers" (being paid by kash Patel) have evidence, why didn't David Weiss get a grand jury to indict? After five years,
and all of this so-called 'evidence', you'd think he could find more than 2 misdemeanor late tax filings.

    For example:

    https://www.politico.com/news/2023/06/22/irs-whistleblowers-hunter-biden-case-00103252

“A close examination of the document released publicly yesterday by a very biased individual raises serious questions over whether it is what he claims it to be,” Clark said. “It is dangerously misleading to make any conclusions or inferences based on this document.”

“There’s no corroboration of any of what happened today,” said Neal of the whistleblower testimonies, noting that law enforcement agencies should be able to interview 50 other government employees who were named in the transcript.

You see, it doesn't add up.

The simple fact remains, and when it come to 'evidence' provided by Republicans, the evidence always falls apart upon scrutiny. They simply do not know how to make a case.

If you are only going to cite very biased people, why should we, to your point, address you? So, using your own standard, you assert a fact, not in evidence, and supplement it with an opinion, as if it were a fact, and you conclude that the actually publicly available evidence doesn't exist. You must work for Disney....

Except for the one minor detail that AFTER FIVE YEARS OF THE INVESTIGATION OF HUNTER BIDEN BY US ATTORNEY DAVID WEISS (APPOINTED BY BILL BARR, ALLOWED TO FINISH THE JOB BY JOE BIDEN) ALL HE COMES UP WITH ARE 2 MISDEMEANOR FILING AND PAYING TAXES LATE.

    You must work for idiots.

Yeah I somehow created hunter biden's laptop and engaged in shady business in China and Ukraine all to win an argument on PF.

Do you get a lot of sand in your ears burying your head like that?

    Smoking gun, he says.....

    https://abc7ny.com/hunter-bidens-alleged-whatsapp-message-fuels-gop-assertions-of-cor/13420316/

In his interview with the committee, for example, one of the IRS whistleblowers recounted an interview with one of Hunter Biden's business associates, Rob Walker, during which Walker said: "I certainly never was thinking at any time the VP was a part of anything we were doing."

And, dispelling the myth that the treatment of Hunter was Democrats treating him 'favorably', note that David Weiss, who, after 5 years indicted Hunter for 2 meager misdemeanor charges, was appointed by Bill Barr, left to finish the job in the investigation of his own son, and.......

Weiss also stated unequivocally in the letter that he had been "granted ultimate authority over this matter, including responsibility for deciding where, when, and whether to file charges."

    Smoking gun, my ass.

It's just blowing gas until prosecutable evidence can be contrived, and actual indictments issued.

So.......when you referred to the Biden "criminal family" is that because of Hunter's misdemeanor offenses? What other crimes have they been convicted of?

Screaming doesn't make you any more credible. And to be clear, Weiss himself has told folks, he wasn't able to charge. Why ignore the facts?
