List the physical evidence sexual abuse and battery of E Jean Carroll by Trump

I'm having problems finding this.

What evidence is there to support this?

The reason why I ask is that Jimmy Kimmel raped me in 1995 in Los Angeles. Now I'm a bit foggy on the details but I'm sure it happened and as a victim I should be believed, unless you're pro-rape.

But I'm thinking I don't need much - maybe flesh out the details by remembering them after visiting a therapist who will help me remember the trauma that I blocked. I'm sure I can find some friends who can corroborate that I told them the story back in '95.

So, help me out and tell me if there is any actual evidence I need before continuing with my lawsuit.

Here's what I heard the story is, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Carroll runs into Trump outside a department store and Trump, for some reason, goes inside with her. She shops for lingerie and then goes to a dressing room, Trump follows her and proceeds to rape her and she never called out for help.

Trump can get any woman he wants and often did. Why would a billionaire risk being arrested, sued and have his reputation ruined by raping a woman he doesn't know in a dressing room with other people not far away?

If that story is accurate, then NYC only has morons to select for jurors or the jurors simply hate Trump after loving him for decades.

If anything, it is Trump who had the defamation suit when Carroll said he raped her.

 

The story sounds preposterous and any woman who says rape is sexy is probably a loon anyway. But...

The trial was held in New York. Guilty.

Rape is a crime and he wasn't convicted of rape, if he was he'd get a prison term.

 

In the first trial it was determined that he did and he had to pay damages. No, it's not criminal but conclusive. That was for 5+ million now he owes 83+ ... MORE!!!!!

There's a reason the media isn't reporting it. Because there isn't any.

The only real "evidence" is she claims it happened. But conveniently she supposedly waited 24 years before coming forward, right as Trump was a political candidate running for President.

Of course the judges allowed all sorts of other really flimsy and circumstantial things to be introduced as "evidence" in the proceedings. Evidence that really doesn't prove anything, but helped give the jury an excuse to give the verdict they already wanted to give. Something that could tarnish Trump's reputation and make him have to pay lots of money.

As one can imagine, there aren't many Trump fans or Republicans in the New York City area.

 

This was a civil case. There are no prison terms. He was found liable for sexual assault. It is only legally considered rape in New York if it is penis to vagina penetration. You could anally rape someone, but in New York, that won't legally be considered rape. Even though we all know what the word means and even though Trump supporters pretend they can't understand the word.

Vs trumps case where the alleged victim was the one saying it happened and numerous individuals were able to give credibility to her story and was then linked to prior statements from other women and direct words from trump.
