I hate to tell you this but that is almost always the case Juries despise rich people and rich corporations, as plaintiffs lawyer you don't need evidence you just need a sympathetic plaintiff or at least one that isn't an obvious psycho and your average jury will almost always reward the plaintiff handsomely no matter the evidence or lack there of.
