Is it just a guess though? Just because certain areas may have higher percentage of a certain race, does it mean that race was a factor in their decision?

If someone is being a jerk to me in a bar, then they might just get smacked. I wouldn't assess whether or not they are black or white before doing it. I might assess whether or not I could take 'em before doing it ...! If I automatically get carded with a "hate crime" because the guy is another race, then that only perpetuates the racial issues instead of getting rid of them.... but it is an outside view that determines that, not me before I hit the guy.

 

Is this the "Christian" government that has a huge menorah in front of its main government building? Or perhaps the same "Christian" government that sends a whole bunch of congressmen to Israel on all expenses paid indoctrination camps?

 

They didn't commit the crimes because they were black. Pigment had nothing to do with it. Culture causes crime, not physical characteristics. It's more about poverty than about race.

 

Meh... a couple more humble observations:

1. You apparently don't understand "tongue in cheek" humor.

2. You apparently missed the part where they were still trying to identify them. It's really, really hard to identify a perp by their "culture", that's when the color of their skin becomes part of the description. Should that be ignored altogether?

3. I know a lot of poor people who don't go around beating people up with baseball bats. Their so-called "culture" is one of violence. The fact that their black brings shame to their race.

it's the culture.... the culture is based upon who they associate with and are raised by, and human nature says we naturally gravitate towards like people (and that includes skin pigmentation)

Doesn't mean if you're black, you will commit crimes.... or you won't commit crimes if you are black. Plenty of white trash out there, too, but I haven't heard of a trailer park doing this sort of thing to cops....


But to deny that the black community is known for this kind of stuff is simply sticking your head in the sand to the issue.
