Watched an ABC news story during PrimeTime last night and never once did they mention that he was threatening people. They literally glossed over WHY he was being restrained in the first place. They said he was a performer, made people smile, did have some mental issues, but has a lust for life. WTF??? No mention of the arrests, violence. It’s extraordinary.

Fracking amazing how the MSM can so casually LIE to people and think they’re REAL news. How does they sleep at night?

He didn't threaten any passenger directly or assault anyone, as frightened as some may have been from his raving.

Maybe Penny did relax , but not for long though, even after being told by a witness that Neely defecated which was a sign he was dead.
Penny, who's being called a "good samaritan" continued with the chokehold just to be sure that Neely wasn't a threat to him, the 2 guys holding him down and a basically empty train car.

First things last; what some idiot bystander thinks is going on means less than **** if they’re not a medic. I wouldn’t listen to a bystander and I highly recommend no one do it.
That said, this pic is showing a terrible RNC. To be honest I’ve never had a former service member come to school and have their **** together, but a lot of them learn quickly how to do things right. This guy has crossed ankles, his head is in the wrong place, and I’m glad I can’t see the gap or I’d be yelling at both of them. Neely was a threat to those around him and he FAFO and making apologies for him is what some people do because they don’t have the balls to be criminals themselves.

Reportedly, his victim, obviously mentally impaired, had not threatened or assaulted anyone at the time he was attacked and killed. Neely began shouting he was hungry, thirsty and had little to live for.

Is anyone claiming that Neely was aggressive against him?
