Are there any banned religions? Name one law, regulation, rule, or ordinance banning the practice of any religion.

We have a gun violence problem because the defund movement has taken too many cops off the street.

    You initially asked me:

    Chickpea said: ↑
What makes you laugh your ass off about that statement?

Which I'd explained. You'd responded with the contention, that my interpretation of the post which had made me laugh, had been incorrect:

    Chickpea said: ↑
Notice he said "can walk", not "used to be able to walk"

So that is what I was addressing, in my reply. It was not meant as an argument about gun policies, per se, but only a justifying of my interpretation of another's post, which I'd found to be funny, and that you had called into question. That is what you have been talking about, with me.

    EDIT:
That all said, statistics clearly show that the states with the weakest gun laws, have the most per Capita gun violence.

which is why she needs to be personally sued-in her INDIVIDUAL Capacity under 42 USC 1983 for violating the constitutional rights of citizens under the color of state law. I'd like to see her criminally charged as well for said violations and subjected to at least a ten year prison sentence and at least 10 million dollars in civil verdicts

Yes she is. First of all she said she would violate her oath and second of all... Who is she to decide on the Constitution?

Is she a supreme Court Justice now? Of course not.... Just another overreaching progressive authoritarian.... Which of course means that you totally agree with her

would liberals support curfews imposed on black males in areas such as chicago due to increased violence that is mainly perpetrated by black males?

do you support anti gun laws because you think it will punish people who don't support the alphabet agenda and the abortion on demand lobby?

so you think more privately owned weapons is the problem, even though there has been a 100 million increase in privately owned firearms in the last 30 years, yet violent crime has decreased? The problem is more criminals and when democrats waste time attacking lawful gun owners (for reasons that involve anger over gun owners being PERCEIVED as opposing homosexual rights and abortion on demand) rather than cracking down on VIOLENT CRIMINALS, things get worse

Berry Hill is the highest rated — a suburb of Nashville. Followed by Pigeon Forge — a tourist destination. Followed by Memphis. Then Dyersburg & Millington — suburbs of Memphis.

Nashville is larger than Memphis and the largest city in the state but doesn’t even break the top 20. It’s also arguably more liberal than Memphis with stricter gun laws. And both have a very conservative state legislature.

Tennessee is the third most dangerous state in the nation.

Not sure why anyone would be surprised by this. She went full Hitler during Covid. Why would she stop now?

So you believe all items in the constitution are absolute? That doesn’t even begin to make sense.

    Typical

The ability to practice that religion is what is limited — it’s cute how you keep bypassing the questions though and I see you have completely abandoned the religious exemption for reporting child rapes thread.

So now you believe that a governor has the right to just simply suspend your constitutional rights?

    Typical authoritarian think.

I'll ask you again and see if maybe I'll get an answer this time around.... Is she a supreme Court Justice that gets to decide what the Constitution means?

You guys scream and holler about DeSantis violating the Constitution but here's a real example.

Where have I stated I support anti-gun laws?

And I completely support the LGBT community and all women arm themselves and train themselves to protect against the male threats they encounter.

That’s twice you have brought up gay people and aborting babies in this thread about guns.

    Got something on your mind?

That's a pretty ironic allegation, thick with projection. Yes they have already ruled...." bud "..... They ruled that people have a right to carry.

But this Governor thinks that she has the right to take their rights and throw them in the trash and you evidently agree.

The only one doing the dodging here is you.

    Really.

Was the governor talking about crimes that don't involve guns?

No not really. The sharks eating each other doesn't bother me at all.

"The regulations at the time in question". LoL.

NICS went into effect in 1998. Did any of this happen prior to 1998?

You should try to have at least a modicum of knowledge before you try to debate something. It would save some embarrassment at least.

We don't have a "massive gun violence issue" in this country.

What we have is a highly localized group of people with 3rd world behaviors in specific counties in this country committing all the murders.

If guns were the problem, Vermont and Idaho would have more dead people than living.

People with developed nation behaviors have guns and don't run around selling drugs and shooting people.

People with lizard brains and 3rd world cultures steal guns, sell drugs, and run around shooting people.

Leftists want to disarm the 1st group and reduce the 2nd group going to prison as close to zero as possible.

    Leftist ideas are a gas.

Leftists will say yes because it's their voters getting shot.

No, Shelby is one of the most dangerous counties in the nation. Not the state.

Guns are equally available all across Tennessee.

Davidson county and Shelby county are the two most populous counties in Tennessee.

Why is there such a disparity in the number of homicides?

If guns were the problem, homicides wouldn't be heavily concentrated to specific areas of the state.

Shelby county was 10% of the population of Tennessee in 2014, but accounted for half of the murder.
