    No, not necessarily. Remember that I said he was expressing an idea, not a fact. That would allow for us to stretch out this process of "leaking" in an exaggerated way.

    Of course, if we were in a court of law, I might say you were correct in that it has not yet happened.

    Ok.... we are clearly on opposite sides of the fence.

    That being said..... I don’t doubt Trump will be impeached, I just do not believe that he will be removed from office.

    Do you?

    A failed impeachment made Clinton stronger & I believe it will make trump stronger.

    I think the odds are in favor of the Senate NOT removing Trump at this point. But things could certainly change. I remember Watergate and at this point it looked as if there was no way enough GOP Senators would vote to convict. It’s all speculation at this point.

    At this point the whistleblower doesn't matter anymore. There are witnesses with far more connection to and information about what happened. The whistleblower did their job, following the appropriate procedure. His role in this is largely done.

    Focusing on him and who he is really accomplishes nothing at this point. The only reason I can see to even care is that the hope that if they can discredit the whistleblower, the rest of it goes away too.

    That's really not how it works.

    I think the Dems did. All Nixon needed was 35 out of a hundred and he was told he didn’t have the votes to aquit. It all depends how many GOP Senators think it’s right to convict. I’d say it’s kind of a longshot at this point, but not as big a longshot as Trump winning the nomination or the general at this point last cycle. Time will tell.

    What does “first hand knowledge” have anything to do with what was said.

    He reported it, the IG investigated it, found it “credible”, and now you have lots of people including Trump appointees corroborating what he said

    But you stick to that “but...but...but...Adam Schiff.....” defense. Thats going a long way for you.

    I'm thinkin 0%, after all they want to get re-elected. There are 10 Senate Democrats up for re-election in states Trump won. I'm sure if you say "pretty please" they'll gladly give up their seats to satisfy the "get Trump" fetish of the far left. :roflol:
