The Benghazi hearings were public...after an initial phase that was private.

Nah, they were both public and private when classified material was involved

Well I guess their staffers leaking helps, but only seeing the transcripts really would

Lets do this right. Lets require all police interviews to invite the staff ACLU attorney into the room, and post them all on YouTube in real time and then oblige the FBI send all their evidence to a local blogger before filing charges or arresting anyone. Lets democratize and sanitize all prelimiary investigations. Ditch the darkness!

Uhhh... Because that doesn't matter anymore?? Only the right is talking about the WB... the rest of us have moved on to the 10 State Department, DOD and NSC witnesses whose names (and backgrounds) we do know...

But, to your credit, it sounds like your engine is running smoothly.... Metamucil??

This isn't a criminal investigation, the House isn't the Executive branch nor do they have police powers. If there is classified material, i'm all for seperate closed session on that, just like the GOP did with Bengazhi and the Russian probe....everything else can and should be in the light....unless Shifty has something to hide, or a narrative he wants to create

Do you understand why a grand jury is private ? WHY would anything discussed in there need to be public ? And trust me, if Trump needs to know any of it Matt Goetz has already told him

The GOP did NOT have public hearings on everything. Why do you think THEY created the rules to hold them in private (and THEY didn't invite the dems). They held them in private without the dems so that they knew axactly what and who to bring in to make her look as bad as possible

Maybe he/she is just a person who was just doing their job and was convinced that the President was abusing his power in a way that put our national security at risk. It seems that many other career diplomats were also very concerned about the President’s actions and words in this matter. Even the President’s own National Security Chief referred to this policy as a “drug deal” and said that Guiliani’s hairbrained scheme was like a hand grenade which would blow up in their faces. Blaming the whistle blower is a pretty silly reaction. Wouldn’t you agree?

Ya know, this whole idea of 'whistleblowers' was actually perfected by the Nazis during the early years of Hitler's regime. Some 'whistleblower' would go running off to the Gestapo and denounce people for being "anti-German", or "Jewish", or whatever was convenient, and NEVER HAVE TO SHOW THEIR FACES! But, the poor bastards who were accused were shoved through a kangaroo-court session and then trundled off to a concentration camp.

Democrats tried this 'character-assassination' horseshit with the Kavanaugh Supreme Court confirmation, and they learned that having their henchmen show their faces in broad daylight was not (NOT) a good policy. Remember the strange Blasey-Ford woman condemning Kavanaugh, but couldn't even remember in what YEAR his crimes supposedly took place, or WHERE...?

It's much more convenient and much less troublesome to simply use some anonymous 'whistleblower' who doesn't have to show his face, or answer questions from anyone but Democrat 'friendlies'....

Who would have thunk that the DEVIL NUNES would have hired a scum sucking swine as his aide???Divulging the name of a whistleblower should be a crime with at a minimum a ten year prison sentence with no time off for good behavior.

Evidently, the whistleblower and several other career diplomats also thought that the president and Guiliani’s actions were national security issues. Just having a couple imbeciles like that conducting foreign policy is dangerous in my book.

Having someone with so little regard for the rule of law like Trump who surrounds himself with crooks and idiots like Guiliani, Flynn, Manafort, Gates, Cohen, and the 3 Stooges, Volker, Perry and Sondland is definitely a national security risk. See what I mean?

No....what was the national security risk....please....highlight the details.

Manafort, Gates and Cohen never worked in the Admin...nor did Guliani...and Flynn for a moment (he also worked for Obama)....I thought Soundland was the new hero of the left? Volker? Really? He's a career dipolmat...that's worked for other admins...and Congress....besides not folding and saying what Shifty wanted, what's his concern? What about Rick Perry?

I also find it funny, and telling, that many of the people you claim are national security risk, are the very witnesses the Dems have claimed are the ones with testimony the Dems are "depending" on to take Trump down...

What was the national security concerns? Are you scared Ukraine is going to bomb us because we were concerned about their corruption history? or because we wanted to see what Europe was paying as well?

The risk of having these liars and imbeciles in charge is handing over the Ukraine to Trump’s buddy Putin. Trump was heard on the phone encouraging Selensky to cut a deal with Vlad who was and is currently attacking and occupying his country. See what I mean?

um...Trump has been and continues to arm Ukraine against Putin....it was Obama that refused, and turned a blind eye to the invasion...and moreover, his admin withheld a billion in humanitarian aid.

Not sure what phone call you are referring to, or who Selensky is....

The blue rat “aka whistle blower” had no first hand information. Everything was hear say, but their connection to a democratic candidate had them go to the 5 star leaker Adam Schift for advice & direction.
