So you yourself could easily become homosexual?

Out of millions of homosexuals, how many do you think remain gay for life (or switch, truly change their internal-attraction for the same-sex?

You need to PROVE that, really. We all have our experiences, and that is understood... but you and anyone else discussing a topic which involves the ENTIRE human race must know (already) that what we may personally experience or know of, isn't necessarily REALITY for all of humanity.

For example, how do YOU explain bi-sexual human beings? Where do they it into your overly-casual analysis of human sexuality? Come on, be real.

Be serious; I and others are.

Yes, I have seen people "comment" on that.

What does that have to do with being "homosexual".

    (Whatever... that is IRRELEVANT here.)

People aren't digital, they aren't perfect, they aren't machines... and they are surely individuals. All too often, people try to 'categorize' and paste 'labels' upon others; hell... they often barely know enough to do that to 'themselves'. :(

Your distress is......obvious. I didn't come in here to cause distress. I came here to delete bad data. The Born Gay Hoax is the bad data and it has caused countless wrong decisions from organizations, individuals, and policymakers. The self-serving goals that the militant gays pushed so far forward with their hoax are clear for all to see. But it's over now.....and we're going to see that all of the mistakes get corrected.

Which side do you think the fun ran out for?

    Uh-huh. <yawn>.

I really don't have any sympathy for those who floated and then viciously defended the Born Gay Hoax, accusing pretty much everyone of being a bigot unless they lined up front and center to support the gay agenda with a loud snap of the boot heels and raised right arm. Failure to support the gay nazi agenda resulted in countless jobs lost and lives destroyed. I literally haven't seen mind control of the masses on that scale since Hitler.

That is not in the context of the debate, you are making the case that sexuality is plastic. Therefore you are also saying that you yourself could possibly turn gay. Who would you turn gay for?

America is also a nation where many can/do confirm their homophobic mindsets, by using such terms as sodomite and "homo".

    What freedoms we have.

Its shortened version of the word homosexual. Revealing though that gays find it so offensive. Seems as though some are offended by their own sexuality. Some kind of self loathing thing I guess. They even blame their own self hatred on us.

Stop saying IDIOTIC things. Get educated and stop pissing people off... out of irrational animus and ignorance.

    No most; get real.

Remember what I said about getting yourself 'educated'.

You express things about this, as if you think others are less-educated about the truth than yourself. That is essentially delusional.

You have become the lone voice in the wilderness, the one most deserving of pity. Congratulations on creating your own Flat Earth Society:

    Don't shoot the messenger, please.

Even the militant gays have moved on, i.e. they don't argue for a gay gene anymore. Now they are laser focused on trying to prove that something happens during pregnancy that causes homosexuality. If that doesn't work, they will invent something else, and then something else, and then something else, and then something else.......because for them, this never had anything to do with science.

You see how nice I am? I'm helping you catch your own train before you completely miss it. Run fast, I know you can catch up. [/QUOTE]

You would like to think so, I know.

The messenger is eating his/her own foot.

I don't argue for any "gay gene"; still I know that you and no other has proven anything that rules out a genetic component to homosexuality. In any case, I'm sure you'd like to silence all gay people... but that won't be happening; face reality.

I'm one who believes that some set of causes (whatever they may be) will be found. Even so, that has no bearing on the right of homosexual people to fight for equal rights.

    It's great; thanks.

You're standing in the train's path, and don't even know it. You should rethink your arrogance.

I knew a lady who left her girl friend and married a man, and then had kids. She said later that some of her friends 'persuaded' early in her life her she was really gay, until her hormones told her otherwise. So inspite of the propaganda blared out by the Gay community, it does put pressure on some people to 'come out' when they don't really need to.

I also knew a waiter at a restauarant that I frequentley visited who had told me he was experiencing a lot of pressure from some of the homosexual waiters for sexual 'favours'. He eventually had to leave the estabishment because the pressure was so great to comply with their wishes.

So let's not pretend that all homosexuala are luvvie duvvies!

    1. There are homosexual people who aren't ambivalent about their orientation.

    2. There are less-than-decent human beings of ALL sexual-persuasions. We already that know that NO group of HUMAN beings is ALL 'luvvie duvvie'; only a fool thinks/believes that is the case.

    3. Sexual-harassment is a CRIME; it's evil and oppressive behavior, whether perpetrated by heterosexuals or homosexuals. That is reality.

    4. It is okay and beneficial for many people to "come out". No one should be 'outed' or shoved into a 'closet'.

And no one should be pressured to 'come out' because it's the flavour of the decade.

There are heroin addicts who are proud of their addiction as well. What's the point?

Johnny is completely correct on this one.

More importantly, it's ok and beneficial for people to choose to abandon the homosexual lifestyle and go on to have happy, healthy, natural families with smiling children and real progress for humanity.

Let's check on those definitions, Johnny. "Homophobic" has been in the dictionary for how long? Do you suppose that "sodomite" and "homosexual" have been defined for just a wee bit longer than "homophobic", a term that's almost never been applied correctly? Really, who would be "afraid" of a homosexual? I've never met such a person, have you? Since new words are all the rage, let's invent one: homodisgusted.

Is this a veiled reference to your aversion to freedom?

Please, say something that makes sense. Gay people are rarely FORCED out of their protective status by other homosexual people; typically it is some nosy, fearful and hate-filled heterosexual (or a self-hating homosexual on the down-low) that OUTS someone.

Homosexuals WANTING to be known as they truly are, is centuries-old... not mere decades.

Your views are set so FAR FROM REALITY, that you delude yourself into believing that what is, is something other than what it is. :(

The only point I see, is that your argument/comparison is no real argument at all. It's just some STUPID thing you keep saying; gay is not drug-addiction, nor is it a disease.

Of course, human nature itself is exponentially more affective than sexual-orientation.

What is "the homosexual lifestyle"? If you really mean someone's sexual-orientation, then that shows you don't really know much of what you're talking about. You don't have some "homosexual lifestyle"; that's a ludicrous concept. And yes... for those 'exceptional' individuals who ARE on-the-fence concerning their sexual attractions, it is likely that some help for them would be beneficial. Overall however, most gay people KNOW they are gay, and most straight people KNOW they are straight. As I already implied above (and frequently do) there are exceptional human beings who are truly ambivalent when it comes to sexual-attraction; the only people less understood, would be asexual people.

To imply that homosexual people aren't 'happy' with their lives and who they are, is more of an expression coming from a closed and bigoted mindset. Of course, YOU can't fathom that MILLIONS of HOMOSEXUAL PEOPLE ARE HAPPY... because you've been indoctrinated to believe that ONLY heterosexuals can truly be 'happy'. You just don't realize how inept and misinformed you sound (and likely are). :(

Look, the English LANGUAGE is what it is (neither you nor I control that). Stop going to foolish places with this discussion; places where too many people always seem to go. "Homophobia", "homophobic" and even "homophobe" have distinct definitions. If you do not care for term, I don't know what to tell you; words have meanings and in too many cases those words listed certainly apply.

Here we go; let's see what these words actually mean:

    sodomite

    homosexual

    homophobe

If you don't know any "homophobes", then your experiences are VERY limited. Sorry, can't help you with that from here.

Yes; many. In fact, I watch closely for people who ARE "homophobic"; they are essentially a threat, until I know how to deal with them in the proper context. It can literally keep you safe, out of fights and even save your life. You learn to recognize people who 'fear' or 'hate' homosexual people. It is no trivial/frivolous skill-set.

Try on, "idiotic" (as in your suggestion) if you'd like.

Please, start making more sense, and people will take you more seriously.

Homosexuality is nothing more than a sexual addiction. It is a learned behavior.

I disagree. The homosexual lifestyle is well understood and documented. It is also well documented that people abandon the homosexual lifestyle all the time

You can't fathom that millions of people have abandoned homosexuality. If you need some examples of how common that is, there are two such people who have posted in this thread.

Prove it. You aren't even close to being correct.

What is the "homosexual lifestyle"? Do you know what you're saying? (I don't think so.)

It is possible, but extremely unlikely. I'd always ask you for proof that what you say is realistic.

Two "people posting in this thread", is not equal to a model throughout society or mankind which reflects your claim/belief. (Know what mean?)

In no way shows/proves homosexuality is a "lifestyle", as you referred to it.

I have zero problem with people wanting to NOT be gay; I've known people who went from gay to straight (as far as I know); it's what some want and are capable of.

It's not what every homosexual wants or can do; nor should they be COMPELLED to do so.

NARTH is discredited by many reputable mental health organizations; reparative therapy isn't real science or medicine. All major organizations whose business is mental health, agree that reparative therapy is a negative thing (even dangerous). This is nothing new.
