Nope. Gay couples have same rights as hetero couples do regarding marriage.

All we have to do is just accept it, then gay marriage will not affect me.

That is still conflating things. Heterosexual activities, regardless of whether the two engaged in those activities are hetero or homo sexual, occur whether or not marriage occurs and has the same effect on society whether or not the two engaged in the activity are married or not.

Furthermore, the benefits and responsibilities of having a child are present whether or not the biological parents are married or not. An opposite sex couple can have a child with no sex involved.

Sex between heterosexual couples is not regulated. You still have not come up with a single law that regulates sex. Even your example of the legal husband being automatically named the legal father is not a regulation on sex, nor is it universal.

You do not have to celebrate it, any more than someone who does want to celebrate Christmas, as to celebrate that. You have not given one example of how you are required to celebrate "gay month" whatever that is supposed to be.

I was referring to more modern incidences. Yes a lot in the past occured knowingly, but that was under the pressures of keeping things in the royalty and such. In many cases, sex wasn't even necessarily a part of the marriage. Marriage was more a matter of commerce and politics than of love or children. Hell even having children was power and politics for the upper classes.

Nowadays that pressure is no longer around, at least in first and second world countries. Occasionally we do come across those who would knowingly engage in such, but more often when it occurs, the two are unaware at first. There are probably couples who never find out, but we can't track that.

 

What special exception?!? It's not children because children are happening out of marriage and those regulations are there even without a legal marriage. So what is being excepted. You still haven't stayed what about heterosexual sex is bing regulated. There are several questions in my last post that you are avoiding, too. Why can't you answer these questions?

Different regulations same benefits is a perfect example of special rights.
If you want equal right, make regulations the same for everyone.
