This god of yours has done no one and nothing a favor. It created a world that it didn't like and then set on a rampage to destroy or kill it.

It is you who pointed out that this god knows everything. And when this god of yours created this world it knew it would not live up to it's expectations. And so this god of yours enjoys killing his little creations, otherwise he would have just forgone the creation of it knowing full well in advance that he would just destroy it and then find simple minded people to make warped excuses for his blood lust. I wonder if this god of yours was smart enough to realize that his excuse makers would only make him look even more foolish. Your not helping!

God loves us so much he can't wait to slaughter those he deems not worthy. Oh but he's not going to kill us for good and be done with it, that would be too simple and would not satisfy his need for demented everlasting torture, ... That's why he made hell so he could torture folks for all eternity because one lifetime of demented torture just isn't enough for this loving god.

You don't read or comprehend very well at all do you? Look I'm not going to hold your hand through this try doing what others here do READ THE POST CAREFULLY instead of picking out key words and assuming you know what the poster is saying.

By killing more people. This god of yours is very infantile.

Do you even read what you post !? This is ridiculous and nonsensical.

Trust me when I tell you that after reading your posts you are the last person I would consider as any kind of authority on history.

Why would I tell you that something that doesn't exists is dead!? ... It's pointless!

Salvation doesn't exist and you are the one who has made that clear. You pointed out that your god can't die and if it didn't die then it can't save anyone.

It is you who lie. I never said god died you did, ... right after you said god can't die,... which was before you said that god did die, ... which I believe was just before you said that god couldn't die, ... which took place just before you said that god never died, ... and that came after you said that god did die......................................................................................................

Why would I say some thing died that I know never existed in the first place !? This god is your fantasy not mine!

So now you are saying Scriptures are man made dogma???
Maybe you can give some examples what you consider Scriptures and we can go from there.

You deny Jesus Christ is the Son of God Our Savior and Lord.

And I have responded to your post as to why Jesus is praying to his Father that confirm that Jesus Christ is the Son of God the God that you refused to recognize. The You Tube video is base on Scriptures it show us how to better understand Scriptures through modern technology.

    "take this cup from me" from the video Jesus Christ Superstar. It would be nice if you would include Bible verses so here is the verse;
Luke 22:"Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done." IMO Jesus is asking is there another way for him to save mankind other than being crucified because that is what was about to happen and if it is possible let there be another way not because Jesus wanted to escape mankind's sins and their plans to crucified him but let it be done because there is no other way not God's way but man's way.

Please do and please include the actual Biblical chapters.

God's will was to save mankind through his Son even if it means that man want to kill His Son. That is God's will God knew that man will not accept his Son that they will want him dead at the same time God also knew that it will be painful because His Son will be in human form he will feel the pain, the fear and the feeling of dying and to be dead. But God in His almighty wisdom reassured His Son there is nothing to fear for death is only temporary life everlasting is the final goal for God knew that His Son Jesus Christ will never die like regular humans he will resurrect and his resurrection will be the epitome true good and the birth of Christianity.

Your concept of Jesus dying is that he remain dead like dead and did not resurrect as God am I right?

It was God's will to send His only begotten Son to save mankind whether he by crucified or not is up to man and man decided to crucified him to kill him and for three days Jesus was dead that was what they thought in fact Islam agree with us Christians on this part that Jesus was not dead for Muslims it was someone else who they killed. For us Christians Jesus did die for a while then he resurrected thus defeating death thus he did not die thus God's will was fulfill not through death but through life.

So Noah...was the same as Jesus, less his paternity???

    - - - Updated - - -

So God could have saved mankind WITHOUT Jesus being crucified?

If you say "No", then you can't blame Man for doing what God required for salvation, can you???

If you say "Yes", then the Crucifixion and Resurrection weren't necessary?

Brother Theodore is a virulent anti semite and holocaust denier who believes the Rothschilds rule the earth.

He thinly veils his hatred behind phony piousness.

No doubt as a pious christian, you would not deliberately rely on such a lying scumbag to substantiate any claims you make.

And what is the proper Tanakh term use to mean Adversary? For Christian it is Satan. Yes and I agree that the Tanakh is older than Christianity Christianity which is the continuation of the Tanakh or the Old Testament the only reason there is Christianity is because Judaism refused to recognize Christ that is why Christian recognize the Tanakh which we call it the Old Testament.

And as I have said IMO chances are the leaders of Judaism got it wrong just like they got it wrong with Jesus Christ. Remember Christ reprimanded the Pharisees.

Matthew 13: 54 He came to His hometown and began teaching them in their synagogue, so that they were astonished, and said, “Where did this man get this wisdom and these miraculous powers?
55 Is not this the carpenter’s son? Is not His mother called Mary, and His brothers, James and Joseph and Simon and Judas? 56 And His sisters, are they not all with us? Where then did this man get all these things?”
57 And they took offense at Him. But Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his hometown and in his own household.”
58 And He did not do many [d]miracles there because of their unbelief.

    Luke 4:
24 And He said, “Truly I say to you, no prophet is welcome in his hometown.
    25 But I say to you in truth, there were many widows in Israel in the days of Elijah, when the sky was shut up for three years and six months, when a great famine came over all the land;
26 and yet Elijah was sent to none of them, but only to Zarephath, in the land of Sidon, to a woman who was a widow.
27 And there were many lepers in Israel in the time of Elisha the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, but only Naaman the Syrian.”
    28 And all the people in the synagogue were filled with rage as they heard these things;
29 and they got up and drove Him out of the city, and led Him to the brow of the hill on which their city had been built, in order to throw Him down the cliff.
30 But passing through their midst, He went His way.

    .
I disagree with you to say that Judaism has no need for any interpretation they have Pharisees or Rabbis who are assign to interpret their scriptures and the ancient Pharisees had many of the interpretation wrong the greatest wrong was about Jesus Christ. That is why they had Moses and succeeding prophets to guide them and to interpret the Tanakh properly.

Shakespeare's work is not the Word of God even though it is not the word of God because it was written in an old English poetic way it will require some interpretation from expert readers to translate what Shakespeare is trying to relate his poems and literature or else it will be misinterpreted to be mean something else.

    You still don't get it!
If Christianity recognises Satan as the enemy of God then, it doesn't recognise the Tanakh, because the Tanakh says that the 'adversary' can be anyone in opposition. That God created - good and evil. That Job's 'Satan' was a messenger/agent of God.
Christianity has made up it's own Satan, an enemy of God

Why should the Jews have got it wrong? Why not Christianity? The Jews are in a much stronger position than Christianity in that sense. Their's are the original beliefs, altered by Christianity. Just as Islam has done for their benefit.

When I was talking of interpretation I was talking of their core beliefs not extraneous matters. Just as Christians agree with the core belief of the faith but interpret its practice in different ways. In any case the Tanakh was not in existence for 1000+ years after 'Moses' so how could they interpret it. What they did do was to keep modernising their practices

    Matthew 13:54.
It says nothing about Pharisees being there. It is very unlikely they would be in Nazareth, a humble town synagogue, especially on a Sabbath day. At most a Rabbi may have been in attendance to answer questions and leader the service. The people would have been local townspeople.

And yes, Nazareth did exist as a small village. Archaeology suggests that it was in existence in the time of Joshua but later 'disappeared' for a long time, before repopulation. Or so the Jewish authorities tell us, and they should know.

Shakespeare doesn't need interpreting, just bringing into modern language. Shakespeare didn't write his plays with secret messages, they were for pleasure.

WR gets it, it's you that don't get it being that you are a non-believer of Christianity, who doesn't understand the faith.

That is not what I said. I said that you ignore scripture that does not agree with your man made dogma.

Where did I deny this. Quit lying and making things up. Twice in your previous post already.

What are you talking about. Jesus does not say to God "let mans will be done" He says "let your will be done"

What is Jesus referring to ? What was Gods will?

What do you mean "even if man wanted to kill his Son" Jesus knew God's plan before he was killed. What God's plan and in the words of Jesus "God's will"

Gods will was that Jesus die. That was the plan from the beginning. There was no "other" plan.

This is what all of Christianity believes. Protestant, Catholic, Orthodox and even groups that do not fit into these categories. What on earth are you talking about.

How can the death of Jesus be Gods plan and as Jesus states "let your will be done" Gods will, and yet it not be Gods will.

The God's plan for Jesus was that he come to earth, spread Gods word, and then die as a blood sacrifice for the sin of man.

If this was not the plan then please let us know what it was and provide scripture to back it up.

Mitt .... Please tell our friend WanRen that he is flat out wrong. He obviously will not listen to scripture or the rest of Christianity.

Perhaps he will listen to you.

OK So now you are claiming that Jesus did not die for the salvation of man.

I don't think you are aware that he is making you, and god, look really silly and simple.

I guess you haven't been informed that this is a public forum none of the threads belong to you or to any one else, even if you do start them.

If you want your own thread try PM'ing Worng Ren ... then the two of you can take turns impressing each other with your incoherent posts.

I hope this isn't too much of a shocker for you when I say I doubt very seriously that most of the posters on this particular thread take you or Wrong Ren seriously at all.

You and Wrong Ren are not helping god in any way, ... in fact you are probably hurting him more than anything.

Well perhaps I could have, but he didn't really die for me as Worng Ren pointed out. If there was no death then he can't save me or any one else.

They are no more a cult than your particular version of christianity. It is obvious that you got your definition from some fundamentalist web page so for you and all here reading this thread here is the real definition from a real dictionary.

I sincerely this helps you not look so foolish in the future!

God is omnipresent. The prefix omni- comes from the Latin meaning “all.” So, to say that God is omnipresent is to say that God is present everywhere.

Sorry but I don't know what you mean by "tuff" questions. But if you meant "tough" questions...no, they don't have to be broken down to an understandable level, like I said they are really no tough questions provided they are not incoherent.

For example suppose someone were to ask, "what does the color blue smell like during Church services?" this would be an incoherent question.

Or how about this, "Why does dairyair always asked intelligent, thoughful questions concerning the Bible?" this also would be an incoherent question...lol

So the grade level I prefer is the level of coherency and not incoherency.

Are you able to understand all this at your 3rd grade level of intellect?...lol...relax j/k...sometimes I like to mix in little

humor with seriousness, it's all for fun nothing serious...lol :peace:

God didn't give us detailed info on how, just that through God's grace Noah lived a long life of 950 years.

Ask to have it restated. Else it makes you look like your purposely not answering questions you think are to tough. Which I think you are.
