Lol, this is how conservatives roll. How else do you explain the fact that they've convinced themselves that groups such as the KKK are a bunch of liberals? Or that the south is filled with racist white liberals who once owned slaves, and were the proponents of Jim Crow laws?

Everything that is wrong with social conservatism they try to pin on liberals. They have the audacity to claim conservatives were the ones championing civil rights for blacks. They also have the audacity to call Obama a race baiter, and yet constantly defend their messiah Ronald Reagan, who was the biggest race baiter of them all.

They are the biggest hypocrites out there.

 

Well, I'm guessing this thread will reach capacity before a conservative here challenges the racist remarks about blacks. If it was a remark about whites, I can imagine the circle jerk of cons here to defend their honor. Oh well, nothing surprising about that. I'm guessing it's true of the conservative mindset, and probably explains the subtle racism from so many of them here.

Are you out of your ------- mind?????? Blacks have had about 130-140 years with the playing field the same, yet they have done very little. Why?????? Because intellectually or morally, they do not have what it takes/

 

I like a lot of conservative ideas, but I don't feel comfortable labeling myself. But I've tried and tried to correct people in this thread. But for some reason, people discount history as a determinant of where we are today.

Again, back to 1865, where we can agree. Blacks were underperforming whites for obvious reasons. Tell me the year this changed.

 

You should go to youtube and check out some of the so called "anti white" commercials conservatives and white nationalists complain about.

You'll get a good laugh. Basically, any commercial where a white person acts goofy = anti white.

We see many commercials with minorities acting goofy, but those don't bother conservatives though. Hell, they probably consider that an accurate portrayal of minorities.

 

I am glad that you were one of the lucky ones. That does not change the fact that the vast majority of animals are raised in far better situations than most black children.

 

Show me those animals raised better. Wow...

 

Of course you are presuming that the student is more focused on the material being presented than on their empty stomachs. Obviously you wouldn't have had to deal with that teaching in the military. But that was a GREAT example of blaming the victim!

 

I know, even if we may not see eye to eye on some issues, at least the integrity is there to have a decent conversation without trying to mask or hide true intentions.

 

But I see your point. If I were a conservative, and I cared about the conservative movement, I would be calling these self appointed conservatives out for their errors on race issues. But I don't care about the conservative or liberal movement. I use my gut to find my way on the issues.

 

Oh, I remember the conversations on this very forum about those commercials. The funny thing is, the very people who were starting threads about "anti-white" or "multiculturalism" were eventually banned due to personal insults or rude posts. I find it very interesting some of these "new observers" here or fairly new members creating these "what's wrong with blacks" threads. Interestingly same M.O. if you ask me......

 

I grew up in Kansas so I used to believe some conservative ideas. Then I learned what I was talking about.

 

Exactly, there are threads upon threads after every election about "how come blacks/minorities vote democratic" or "blacks are on the democratic plantation", but yet these same knuckleheads don't seem to understand the element of racism they allow in their party. Even MLK knew about it when he was alive and spoke against it during the Goldwater/Johnson election.

 

Race is complicated for many of us. Much of my family is racist. I can't just boycott my family. Somehow, I have to find a way to oppose their racism, without alienating my entire family. But let's be clear, they are what I call mildly racist. As in, there is no calling to violence, or praising violence in association with racism. In which case, I would find it easy to cut off that person.

 

The whole democrat plantation argument is a slap in the face to minorities everywhere.

73 percent of Asians voted for Obama. I guess they are now part of the plantation too according to right wingers.

Apparently only white conservatives know what's best for this country. Everyone else, especially minorities, need to bow down and respect their brilliance. Christ, the arrogance of some of these conservatives legitimately pisses me off.

 

How much more proof you need Frank?

Trust me, I understand, I understand how hard it is for you to challenge him when his mindset is not much different than yours, right?

Instead of your pontificating statements, come up with some facts that can counteract what I have said.

No; it doesn't quite seem sincere enough. It seems a bit too rehearsed to me. But anything is possible I suppose. Either he (or she) is a racist or playing at being a racist; but then does it really matter? It's altogether disgusting and really does not advance the OP. We KNOW that there are bonafide racists on both the Right and the Left.

 

Well, to me he posts typically what is found at sites like stormfront. So, I don't find it that hard to believe he is being sincere, seeing how there were many members here that stated they were members over there.

 

Ah, good ole stormfront. I wonder if those white nationalists identify as socially liberal or socially conservative...

Maybe they are just "left wing trolls", or " left wing race agitators"? Man, this is tough to figure out.
