False equivalency. Again. You cannot control what other people do so even if you expect that there is a .5% chance of getting mugged, it is not your fault that you got mugged because you cannot control other peoples actions. You CAN however control your own actions. Including the action of having sex where you know there is a possibility of getting pregnant. Or taking a drug with a .5% chance of dying.

How many other false equivalencies are you going to put forth?

So far none, but having sex is still not an invitation to be pregnant.

Except that you have, and it is. I've already shown why and how. You have yet to actually dispute anything that I have said. You've denied a lot. But you have yet to dispute.

Unless you have sex for the purpose of getting pregnant its not an invitation to be pregnant

You keep closing your ears and saying that. It doesn't change reality.

Nope. That's just a fact of life. The woman knows this. Just like when a person knowingly takes a prescription that has a chance of causing death is a possibility yet still chose to voluntarily take that medication. No matter how remote, they voluntarily chose to deal with the consequences of possibly dying. Just like a woman chose to accept the fact that she may get pregnant. She has every Right to choose to have sex. She does not have the Right to kill a human life just because she doesn't like the results of that choice.

So you proved my point. Living is an invitation to death.

Just because life eventually ends up in death still doesn't give you the Right to hasten death.

Seriously, that was a lame argument.

All rights are man made so as of right now a woman's right to an abortion was taken from her by the SC and given to the states, people in those states will work hard to take back those rights.

There never was a Right to kill a human. Indeed RvW never once mentioned such a Right existing.

And as has been said before, SCOTUS did nothing more than give the power to decide on abortion back to the States, where it belonged in the first place.

Additionally, while you may fight to keep killing humans, others will oppose and fight to save human lives.

And considering not one of you has been able to counter any of my arguments, in the end, the end of needless abortions will come. Because you have no argument.

There has always been a right to kill.

The only Right that comes close to it is the Right to Self Defense. And that is about defending yourself. If the person you're defending yourself from happens to die, then that is a side affect of defending yourself. If however you kill that person in excessive force (IE: you subdue the person and then keep beating them while they're helpless) then you can be charged with murder. So, no, there is no Right to Kill. But all that requires that one be attacked. A ZEF attacks no one.

Nope, war, death penalty, and self defense say you have a right to kill under certain circumstances. Reality dictates that those circumstances can, do, and will change.

War and death penalty are government actions. The government does not have rights. It has powers. And I've already explained self defense to you. Like I said, all you've got is twist and spin and ignoring the meanings.

Since government has no Rights, just powers, your point is still moot. Not to mention we're not talking about government here. We're talking about abortions by individual civilians. Which further makes any point you had moot.

Abortion mitigates the physical harm caused by pregnancy. It doesn't matter if the ZEF is doing it deliberately. Also, abortion is not the deliberate killing of the unborn. It just happens to be the side effect of the procedure 100% of the time.
