    OH , believe me....some posters think a woman having consensual sex is committing a crime and needs to be punished...

    This is proven by the FACT that they will make an exception to abortion if the woman was raped...(all of a sudden they don't care about the "precious life" of the ZEF)

    If you don't draw a distinction between consensual sex and rape then there is something seriously wrong with you.

    Uh, maybe YOU can show me a distinction between an abortion due to rape and an abortion due to consensual sex ???

    Hint: There isn't any. The procedure and outcome are exactly the same.

    Except the zygote/embryo/fetus is still the innocent life whether by rape or consensual, if the focus is on the ZEF then that shouldn't matter.

    A little late to the thread but I wouldn't have minded if Roe stood, but as a lover of the Constitution, I understand fully as to why that day was coming.

    A better question is why are women being targeted as the ones SOLELY responsible for an unwanted pregnancy. Unless she is a crackhead that talked to a burning bush to get pregnant, somebody with semen helped bring that about.

    An even better, better question - why can we not even broach the subject of 2A, masks, socially distancing and vaccination (while they blame black and brown people for the continuing spread of COVID variants, but people without wombs should have their rights encroached on their say-so?

    Under RvW the states could not take away a woman's right to an abortion, by repealing RvW the SC has told the states that yes you can take away a woman's right to an abortion.

    I never said there was any distinction. I do however make a minor distinction between a life conceived by consensual sex and a life conceived by rape.
