I think I understand Trumps popularity in the first term. Everyone who voted for him hoped the words he spoke were true. A new type of leader breaking through the miasma and bring change (Any type of change) But he was just another liar, no better or worse than all the others. The right has had almost 4 years from “Hunters Laptop”, to “The Biden Crime family”, and during that time they have had full subpeona power, full investigative “carte balance” to the powers of the federal government, and yet nothing. Hunter even showed up to talk to the committee, and they declined it because they didn’t want to in public.

Meanwhile, Ivanka and Jared got a promise for billion $$$$ from the Saudis within days of their official state visit as officers to the Trump White House, and we heard crickets form the right, even after they actually collected that money. Then the Trump family, including Donald were adjudicated for stealing from their “charity”, and again, crickets from the right.

So exactly what “crimes” are you referring to Steve ? Seriously, what crimes are you referring to that you know the Bidens were complicit in. I seriously want to know…

Regarding Trump... He was supported by the right not because of his "honesty"... Ah hell nah! It was because he WASN'T the career politician. Not the establishment. Many have realized that much of our political leadership are corrupt and have abused our system for decades. The hope was to purge the corruption. Well, the only thing Trump did was highlight how corrupt our political system is. The government has been weaponized now the liberal left has some revenge porn (Merikan metaphor) that they are trying to produce to removing Trump forever.

If it wasn't for the left eating their own.. I would have voted for Tulsi Gabbard in 2016 in a heart beat. I honestly felt her convictions, especially with the US imperialist mentality. However, the left didn't like her so made her another "Russian asset" to ensure she would not get in their way to absolute power.

 

I asked about the media reporting on Biden's crimes. The left wing media certainly spent a lot of time on Russia Russia Russia and pee tapes as if Trump was guilty of something only to run, not walk, to defend the laptop as Russian disinfo.

I wrote-in Tulsi in 2020 and would do it again, but she decided to campaign with Kari Lake and give credence to Trump and Lake's idiotic stolen election buffoonery. I couldn't have cared less when she left the Democrats and honestly didn't blame her for wanting to, but going over to Team Trump and supporting obvious bullshit was a step too far for me.

I liked her because she was a moderate and she wasn't afraid to show it in public. We desperately need moderates right now. But she essentially pulled an Anakin so all I can do is lament.

 

If you walk home with money you didn't realize you had taken, realize you have it, and then return it before it is even demanded of you, then no, you won't be criminally charged. If you hide the money, lie about having returned all of it, etc., then you will be charged. This ain't rocket surgery. Why do Trump supporters pretend they lack the critical thinking skills to understand elementary concepts like this?

Biden took stuff he wasn't supposed to have to begin with, kept that stuff at 3 different locations with one of them being a garage where a crackhead lived and then only decides to turn them in before someone dimes him about it because taking stuff home had become a hot issue. Biden KNEW he wasn't supposed to have that stuff, Trump believed he did. Do you see the difference?

Hunter Biden getting a paycheck is not a crime. Their is literally NO evidence of any crime, other than the made up "hunter was doing business internationally". Joe Biden got paid on some deals, the same way Donald Trump did. I seem to remember when Trump became president that the left had those concerns, but the right said "he can still do business while president ? Does that also include Joe Biden when he is president ?

And the "defense" of the laptop by the left......Was actually warranted.....how did that laptop work out for the right ? That "smoking gun" was just another big nothing burger.........
