We have been over this countless times and will never agree. NBC requires both parents be born here and that the child is also born here. Most of us qualify under that. According to you the king of England could impregnate his GF who is American and the child could become the president. It may also wind up the king or queen of England. Exactly what the NBC clause is supposed to prevent. Foreign influence on the president.

A Mexican could run across the border drop a kid and return to Mexico and move back 10 years later with the kid and that child also could be president. This is insanity.

Now that Obama's agents are no longer claiming he was born in Kenya, and the Clinton Campaign is no longer putting this out there, and he was clearly born in Hawaii, call me crazy, but I think it's long past time that the entire subject was dropped.

According to many here all he need is 1 US parent so where he was born is meaningless. Again I never doubted he was a citizen however he was also born a British citizen. Now maybe you think the founders would have no problem with a British citizen becoming president but I digress .

    this has been thoroughly refuted.

not according to me. according to US law.
NBC simply means citizen at birth.
    It's US law.

    - - - Updated - - -

neither Obama, or any of his "agents" ever claimed he was born in Kenya.

Numerous presidents have been dual citizens. Hell, Thomas Jefferson was also a French citizen.

Says you. Like i said we will never agree.

yes according to you but not according to the founders

NBC means natural born citizen. You have been indoctrinated with revisionist history.

Its a misinterpretation of the 14th.

The founders qualified under the exception or we would have no presidents.

The 14th Amendment does not apply. The Constitution says that the President must be born in the US. There is no discussion regarding the nationality of the parents.

    - - - Updated - - -

Actually, while an American can be a dual citizen of another country, the United States itself does not recognize dual citizenship.

Numerous presidents have been dual citizens. Hell, Thomas Jefferson was also a French citizen. The constitution gave flexible rules about citizenship for those who were here in the colonies when the USA was formed. If Tom Jefferson was a French citizen also it did not matter as long as he was an "American" when the country was formed.

POTUS BO's biological father did become finance minister until years after he had abandoned little Barack and moved back to MAU MAU land.

I also do not recognize dual citizenship and what I say goes.

Can you quote it on that? The founders knew what natural law was. They didnt think people would forget or try to claim it does not exist. Its self evident that if a person is born in a nation to parents who are citizens of that nation that they are naturally also citizens of that nation.

Do you really believe the founders would have let a British citizen to be the president? Once more why did they require an NBC. Whats special about it?

Under British law at the time of his birth Obama is a British citizen

The 14th has been misused to make anchor babies. It was never its intention.

Uh, do you deny that conspiracies breed conspiracies to conceal them?

    Zillion is Arpaio's investigator.

"We have obtained an affidavit from a certified document analyzer, Reed Hayes, that states the document is a 100 percent forgery, no doubt about it," Zullo told the World Tribune.

If you are looking for idiotic, which you cannot define accurately despite, here it is.

    says the US judicial system.
agreement is irrelevant. it's simply not a factual statement from you that 2 citizen parents are required PLUS birth on US soil.
    no, according to US law.
I have shown you the court rulings. it means citizen at birth.
random internet guy doesn't get to decide this. the supreme court does, and they say you are wrong.

they weren't the only duel citizen presidents. JFK was also a duel citizen.

if we follow this moronic logic to it's conclusion, all any other country would need to do is declare any child that is born in the US, is also a citizen of their country, thus rendering every single child born from that day forth as ineligible for the presidency.

This is how crazy birthers are.

    Too funny...

Oh, well, give them some crayola crayons and some placards to misspell and then they are just delightedly happy!

After all, everyone has the right to the pursuit of happiness!

Since every single one of the founders was born a British citizen, your question makes no sense at all.

As for your claim about Obama, it's not worth the effort.

It really is amazing that these people still cling to these ridiculous fantasies. But then there are quite a few others who still cling to the made up conspiracy about Vince Foster too!
