No, you are still suggesting that abuse is a standard cause of same sex orientation. But, abuse doesn't account for the numbers in the LGBT community, so you don't even have a correlation, let alone any argument for causation.

You are using the word "dependency" to suggest causation. But, you haven't proven any causation even for the subpopulation to which you are attempting to limit the analysis.

I would also point out that science does not point to genes as the complete issue. There are other factors and processes involved before birth. Not everything about an animal as presented at birth is controlled by genes alone.

gays are being used to promote the idea that they are born this way, which makes it the same thing as being black, thus they should have the same civil protections against discrimination as blacks and women have.

It's another attack on conservative values, is all, and the more groups they can rally against conservatives, the better. The same thing as the love of muslims by the left. It's nothing to do with muslims, but rather gathering alllies.

Okay, we can leave it at that. So long as you're of legal age, be as gay as you want. There might be public shaming, but that can't be helped. Blacks are free to hate whites, too, and gays can call me cis-gendered scum.

    Laugh and forget about it.

Me: If you're not frakking a LGBT person, how does it affect you?

The government may take away any right from any group of people if it can demonstrate a compelling interest

There are lots of choices people can make that will result in a lengthy prison sentence, so I don't know where you get this idea that choices are constitutionally protected.

Well I get them from the bill of rights which are almost all choices. Have you read it?

Yes, I have. The fact that we have over 2 million people in prison for choices they made, however, shows that your logic is flawed.

No it does not. Any right.....ANY..... may be denied if the state presents a compelling interest. Basically the 9th amendment says you have the right to do anything unless the state presents a compelling interest. Those in prison made choices the government determined they did not have the right to make because the state had a compelling interest in denying that choice

You have the right to do anything, unless the government takes that right away is factually true.

We are saying the federal government is supposed to be limited to certain functions. Telling a public school in a rural county of Wyoming that a female student must shower with a male student who thinks he's a girl is not an inherent function of the federal government. Those decisions should be left to the local and state government, which should be voted on by the community.

Please, tell me what would happen if one day all the male students in a school told administrators they were female. Should the school force all of the female and male students to shower together after gym class? If the answer is no, why not?

Yeah, I read the second amendment one. It says I can own guns, and the government can't take them away from me, no matter how many bullets it can hold or how many bullets it can fire with a single squeeze of the trigger.

Nope it doesn't say that at all. But you will notice and entire group of americans....felons.... can be denied the right to own a gun because the government has a compelling interest in doing so.

Wait a minute! Weren't you saying that choices are constitutionally protected? Now you're saying they aren't?

and yes, it does say that. The government doesn't like to admit it, but it certainly does.

Like free speech in schools and guns in prison. Yes, there is that. It just seems that now you're arguing against certain choices being constitutionally protected now.

I can not keep repeating myself to a person who can not seem to understand the concept of strict scrutiny and the doctrine of compelling interest

You fail to state how it's stupid, that indicates you know absolutely nothing and that's really stupid.

Oh so you are in the camp of the evil people who insist that molested children are gay and were subconsciously flirting either their rapists.
