How is this a STNG issue and not a issue with every show of that period?

Quite possibly, though there are some serious contenders in DS9, which was the best series of all of them.

What makes you think Patrick Stewart is LGBT?

His very close relationship to Ian McKellen and then kissing one another.

Yes, Picard was even gayer than Ensign Zulu, and that's saying a lot.

Picard wasn’t gay, nor was Sulu. The actors are both gay.

In the next generation or in Picard? I don't think it ever came up to sulu was gay either. The actor is but the character isn't.

Yeah that's like the same Perry Mason was gay he wasn't Raymond Burr was but he played the character Perry Mason that I don't think relationships ever came up in that show.

I don't think so. He was mistakenly outed years ago but I thought that was cleared up. Unless there has been a recent revelation I missed. I think he is currently married to a singer. He has been married a few other times too in the past.

They were kissing each other not as a part in a show just out and about.

How many straight men do you know that kiss other men?

Yeah being married doesn't mean you're not gay Raymond Burr was married but he was gay.

Sulu in the original series was not gay. The Sulu in the Abrams movies is gay. George Takei the actor from TOS is gay. John Cho from the Abrams movies is not gay, ( or at least I don't think he is).

BTW he was a lieutenant and later captain

Star Trek ran from 1966 to 1969

Sentiment and attitude could change a lot and then back again several times over in several hundred years

I will trust what Patrick Stewart says. We live in an age where there is no shame in being gay. Ian McKellan is openly gay. Patrick Steward is a huge supporter of the LGBTQ community and a very close friend of McKellan. If he was gay his fans would totally support it.

I don't care if he's gay you seem to have an issue with it and I was showing you why I thought that he was.
I don't care that much. You ask why I said he was gay and I was explaining it to you.

I had an issue with you spreading false information. Would you preferred I just agree with you instead of correcting you?

What false information where did you get that from?

I was talking about storyline and TV shows and you got butt hurt about something. I'm not sure what.

I think TNG is one of the few great shows that had a great series finale that did not disappoint. Great final scene as well.

No I didn't I said it's not enough that the actor is LGBT.

What on this planet made you think I was referring specifically to any actor?

Are you one of those people that thinks the only actor in the world is Patrick Stewart?

Did you ever watch DS9 I recently watched that one and it's evenly matched to me with TNG.
