We Build The Wall Founder Brian Kolfage Faces Yet Another Indictment For Fraud, Taxes

“We Build The Wall” founder Brian Kolfage declared an income of $63,574 to the IRS in 2019.

But in reality, he had hundreds of thousands of dollars pouring into a personal bank account from the GoFundMe-powered border wall project and other organizations, according to yet another federal indictment filed against Kolfage this week.

We Build the Wall’s leadership — except for Steve Bannon, who received a last-minute presidential pardon from Donald Trump — already faces federal charges in New York. (Bannon is reportedly under scrutiny from New York state authorities.)

The new indictment, from a grand jury in Northern Florida, adds even more potential prison time for Kolfage, a triple-amputee Air Force veteran who became the poster boy for the private border wall project.

WASHINGTON — In early 2020, members of a Taliban-linked criminal network in Afghanistan detained in raids told interrogators that they had heard that Russians were offering money to reward killings of American and coalition troops.

The claim, that Russia was trying to pay to generate more frequent attacks on Western forces, was stunning, particularly because the United States was trying at the same time to negotiate a deal with the Taliban to end the long-running war in Afghanistan. C.I.A. analysts set out to see whether they could corroborate or debunk the detainees’ accounts.

Ultimately, newly declassified information shows, those analysts discovered a significant reason to believe the claim was accurate: Other members of the same Taliban-linked network had been working closely with operatives from a notorious unit of the G.R.U., the Russian military intelligence service, known for assassination operations.

    LOL, someone never paid attention.

Face it, Trump is the deep states biggest threat. By deep state I mean the intelligence community that actually runs our government. You will by inundated with negatives true or false and many will just swallow them without any critical thinking like the OP story.

Former Trump White House Counsel Don McGahn will testify before the House Judiciary committee about his role in former special prosecutor Robert Mueller's Russia investigation, the panel announced Wednesday.

McGahn will speak only to committee members in private, under an agreement negotiated by his attorneys, the committee, and the Justice Department. The interview will be conducted "as soon as possible" and a transcript released publicly shortly thereafter, according to the court filing.

McGahn served as the campaign attorney for former President Donald Trump's 2016 presidential run and later as his White House counsel until 2018.

Rosen Offers Range Of Excuses For Not Telling Congress Anything About Trump’s Bids To Overturn Election

Former acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen stonewalled a House Oversight Committee hearing on the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection, citing privileges that nobody had claimed in a bid to avoid discussing what former President Trump asked of him as he sought to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

Among other things, Rosen refused to describe the contents of his conversations with Trump before Jan. 6, including what the former president asked him to do during a White House meeting on Jan. 3.

Rosen also declined to describe what took place on Jan. 6 as an “insurrection,” instead saying he found the events “abhorrent.”

Trump and Rosen met in the White House on Jan. 3. At around the same time, Trump was reportedly entertaining a bizarre plot to install another DOJ official, Jeffrey Bossert Clark, in Rosen’s place. Clark reportedly told Rosen that the election results would be overturned.

In this case the unraveling was blocked by the familiar Trumpian stonewall tactic by a former Trump hack.

SCOOP: PALM BEACH MAKES CONTINGENCY PLANS IN CASE TRUMP IS INDICTED — Law enforcement officials in Palm Beach County, Fla., have actively prepared for the possibility that Manhattan District Attorney CY VANCE could indict former President DONALD TRUMP while he’s at Mar-a-Lago, according to two high-ranking county officials involved in planning sessions.

Among the topics discussed in those meetings: how to handle the thorny extradition issues that could arise if an indictment moves forward.

New York prosecutors may have located a fresh avenue for intensifying pressure on the Trump Organization’s chief financial officer in an effort to secure his cooperation in a probe into former President Donald Trump and his company: his grandchildren’s chic education.

The Wall Street Journal reported that prosecutors have subpoenaed a Manhattan private school for records related to the grandchildren of the Trump Organization’s CFO Allen Weisselberg.

According to WSJ, the subpoena seeks information from Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School — an elite Upper West Side school where his grandchildren are students.

If he's holding back info I say gut the bastard.

New York AG Joins Criminal Probe Into Trump Organization

Investigators from the New York attorney general’s office are now working alongside the Manhattan district attorney in its ongoing criminal fraud investigation into former President Donald Trump and his company.

The development was disclosed publicly after the attorney general’s office wrote to the Trump Organization telling it that information from its civil inquiry could now be used as part of a criminal investigation. Attorney General Letitia James will continue an ongoing civil probe that could result in a lawsuit or fines but recently informed Trump Organization officials of the criminal component.

“We have informed the Trump Organization that our investigation into the organization is no longer purely civil in nature,” Fabien Levy, a spokesman for James, said in a statement first reported by CNN. “We are now actively investigating the Trump Organization in a criminal capacity, along with the Manhattan D.A. We have no additional comment at this time.”

According to the New York Times, two assistant attorneys general from the attorney general’s office are joining the district attorney’s team in the collaboration, although it is unclear how the pairing will play out.

Trump Almost Fired Chris Wray Last Spring Until Barr Threatened To Quit

Then-President Donald Trump was on the edge of ousting FBI Director Christopher Wray to install people he considered to be loyal to him in April 2020, according to Politico.

The former president had “always flirted with the idea” of firing Wray, one ex-Trump official told Politico, which buttresses multiple reports of Trump mulling the FBI director’s ouster for contradicting MAGAland’s bogus “deep state” and voter fraud conspiracy theories.

But Trump’s desire to do so “was intense as it ever was” that spring for reasons that are unclear, according to another former official.

He reportedly planned to fire Wray and replace him with National Counterintelligence and Security Center director William Evanina. Then Kash Patel, Rep. Devin Nunes’ (R-CA) former staffer who crafted the House GOP’s memo attacking the Mueller probe, would be appointed as FBI deputy director. This was to make sure the agency included “trusted people,” one ex-official told Politico.

A 'probe'. Looking for a crime so they can manufacture one. Usually in a free country a crime must be evident before looking to prove it, but then this is Biden's new third world America.

The New York attorney general’s office has reportedly been criminally investigating Allen Weisselberg, the chief financial officer of the Trump Organization, for months over tax issues.

CNN first reported the ongoing investigation on Wednesday evening. The New York Times confirmed it, with similar reporting, citing sources who said that the office of New York attorney general Letitia James had sent a letter to the Trump Organization in January notifying it that her office had opened a criminal investigation related to Weisselberg.

The reported investigation involving Weisselberg by James’s office adds additional pressure onto the trusted financial officer, who has worked for former President Donald Trump’s family business for decades.

Manhattan district attorney Cy Vance’s office has reportedly been seeking to secure his cooperation for months in its own criminal inquiry into Trump and his company related to potential bank and tax fraud.

should we allow a bank robber to spend the money because he is no longer in the bank. criminals must be punished, not for "political reasons," but because they are criminals.

Clinton spent weeks testifying ................. No charges were forthcoming

Unlike Trump who blocked any White House officials from testifying
