However their two year shitshow regarding Benghazi was effective in “bringing her numbers down” which was the whole reason for that sham. That proved crucial in creating Trump’s razor thin victory in 2016. The Democrats should run investigations regarding all sleazy GOP politicians and also try to bring their numbers down. Because even after 35 years of accusations and investigations on Hillary Clinton they never had any evidence to arrest her on. Hunter and his laptop have been in FBI hands for over a year and a half. Trump tried to force Barr to indict Hunter before the election but even a lackey like Barr would have no part of it and refused then resigned. No doubt because he could find no evidence of criminal activities.

She has been over investigated. Comey decided not to prosecute her but he spent hours trashing her on national TV. Then he released a statement which suggested the investigation was reopened a week before the election which no doubt handed Trump the Presidency. Whining about Hillary Clinton getting special treatment from the press or the legal system is laughable. They destroyed her candidacy and gave your boy a chance to be President. Then he totally screwed the pooch with his big ignorant mouth and got tossed out in disgrace after one term. Them’s the facts champ. Own them.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas directed ICE to terminate its contract with the Bristol County Sheriff’s Office and transfer migrant detainees out of the C. Carlos Carreiro Immigrant Detention Center in North Dartmouth, Mass.

The order comes four months after the Massachusetts Attorney General found that the sheriff’s office used excessive force against detainees – such as flash bang grenades, pepper-ball launchers and canines – in a clash over coronavirus testing at the facility in May 2020.

WASHINGTON — A nurse who worked at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center in Irwin County, Georgia and four lawyers representing clients there are claiming that immigrant women are routinely being sent to a gynecologist who has left them bruised and performed unnecessary procedures, including hysterectomies.

The doctor, who three lawyers identified as Dr. Mahendra Amin, practicing in Douglas, Georgia, has continued to see women from the Irwin County Detention Center for the past several years despite complaints from his patients.

Amin was the subject of a Justice Department investigation in 2015 for making false claims to Medicaid and Medicare. As a result, he and other doctors involved paid $525,000 in a civil settlement, according to the Justice Department.

It’s simple fact. Comey even said so in a Congressional hearing. The point is that prosecutorial discretion is used to not prosecute some people while prosecuting others, all by the FBI/DOJ. They do not apply the law evenly or equally. It’s now a tool for political persecution.

Trump can't the DOJ has to. The biggest mistake Trump made was in not firing every US attorney and replacing them with people if his own choosing as every president since FDR has done.

 

Comey was fired early in the Trump administration and Trump’s DOJ did not prosecute her in the 4 years he was President. What that clearly indicates is that they did not believe they could or should prosecute. Simple fact.

 

Trump hired Sessions and Rosenstein to head up the DOJ, then installed the biggest lackey AG of all times Barr. None of them prosecuted Clinton. You guys are still busy pissing up the same rope now. Dont you realize how silly and insane that makes you guys look? Get a grip. The right wing slime machine’s all out attack on Clinton worked. That’s why Trump won in 2016. Your boy oozed into the White House as a direct result of the GOP congress’s two year assault on her character and Comey’s actions in trashing her and reopening the bullshit email investigation a week before the election.
