The "expectation" is the best part. Currently, killers expect no obstacles between them and their victims. This is why police stations are not targeted. If killers were targeting law firms, these lawyers would be singing a different tune.

Screw lawyers and politicians that enjoy the luxury of armed security. Kids are more valuable.

So, why not have armed security at schools? Oh hang on, that's right. They already do!

Some schools do, but most dont. When a killer is looking to rack up a body count, they target gun free zones, I am glad someone is taking action and giving priority to children over anti-gun politics.

How about we just cut to the chase and give guns to school kids so they can look after themselves, ey?

Some give thought and prayers, some give stupid sarcasm, while others actually work to keep kids safe.

Surely teenagers can be trained to use guns and how to defend themselves at school, yes? Schools can thus be armed to the teeth - (That is the idea isn't it...deterrent as well as defence) - with every child player wining a prize gun to play with during big lunch, yes?

the idea is that schools are soft targets and vicious killers understand that.

Sure thing, and many do so by wanting to allow the tools of massacres into the general population.

Yeah yeas, but the 'vicious killers' will be deterred yes, if they know that the schools kids are all armed, so no soft target school exists, yes? Anyone can be trained to use a guns, yes? Gee, Ive seen boast here at PF about parents teaching their very primary school kids how to use a gun. Give, and I mean 'give' (free to kids) 'em all guns...that'll keep the big bad wolf away yes? "We need more guns!," yes?
