Sure, why not, give them each a tank if you like. More weapons at school is good yes, provided those with them are trained in how to use them, yes?

all those schemes do is disarm far more good people and potential victims than premeditated murderers and those who already violate numerous felony laws

Left wing gun control is akin to a cancer therapy that kills 95% of the healthy cells and only 5% of the malignant cells and the proponents pretend such a therapy is actually making the patient better

I don’t want to allow killers access to unarmed victims. Do u know why police stations are not targeted?

And you have absolutely zero research or evidence to back that claim up.

Of course it's not. It is a deliberate sarcastic exaggeration to make the point....you are addressing the symptom, NOT the root problem.

well when the root problem is not amenable to being cured, then addressing the symptom is the proper approach. IN a free society, some of the solutions are not available

only 30 years in law enforcement. Far more research than you have. and I can prove that leftists are not about curing crime. Explain why they inserted -surreptitiously-the Hughes Amendment into the FAOPA of 1986

when people push for "solutions" that disarm far more good people than criminals, one has to conclude that disarming honest people is the real goal

I'm not buying that as relevant or cogent evidence which substantiates this claim of yours:

You have absolutely zero formal research, zero hard cogent evidence to support that claim, one you often make.

you have no facts supporting your claim especially since you have admitted you have never worked in American law enforcement. Why don't you establish that your desires to impose Australian nanny state gun laws would make America safer and wouldn't get lots of currently peaceful people killed

You have not worked at the coal face in law enforcement if I have my history right. You did post you were a Lawyer working for the State, not a copper on the beat. And, in any event, I am not making any claim like this:

You are, so the onus is on you to justify it, and motherhood 'trust me' war stories don't cut the mustard.

LEOs see crime scenes on a regular basis and are overwhelmingly in support of armed citizens.

A tank is a truck what good would that do? You can use a gun to stop an active shooter.

The teachers that opt in probably are already trained. Gun safety is really simple. It takes a few minutes to learn.

Yessir, back to the good old frontier days. They worked well, I'm sure.

Why do "you" impose any condition on who may bear arms? The Constitution imposes none, so surely ALL get access to one, including felons and mentally insane people etc.

Exactly, a five year old Primary School kid can learn it, yes?

And, how about we have school lessons in tanks, ey.

Yeah so much so it's not really training.
I took auto shop in high school. What kind of lessons in tanks do you think they need?
