You can't run, you can't hide. Mother nature is a bitch. To make matters worse, she is spouting volcanoes all over the world. We gotta do something.

Putting the word "nature" in all caps does not mean anything nor does it negate what I just said.

How stupid has the response to this virus been?

Before I had my big toe on my right foot amputated I went to see my primary care doctor for a referral to the wound care center (otherwise I couldn't see the doctor in wound care).

I was met at the door by a nurse who took my temperature. She made it clear that if I had a fever of over 100 I would NOT BE ALLOWED into the clinic!!! How jacked up is that? You can't see your doctor because of a fever!!! What the hell are you supposed to do? And after I did get into the doctors office I became violently ill even without a fever!!

How many people across the nation suffered similar problems? How many do you think have been denied needed medical care because of fears of the virus?

I would imagine it is a great many.

Yeah. At first there was zero data for the USA geographical area, there was only scary models and predictions that turned out to be false. I think error on the side of caution was the way to begin, but now there is corona data and economic data, and the USA must open up.

Sure it does. It means you've been duped by all the fear mongering.

So, how many hundreds of people do you know personally who have died of covid19? Probably none.

But let the Fear Mongering continue anyway.

    Excellent post.
More people are going to die from not getting routine treatment, than from this damned hoax virus "pandemic"

There are 75,000 deaths in the country with a population of 330,000,000. The chance that I personally know hundreds of people who have died from Covid is actually infintessimal and that is a wholly idiotic method for validating the threat posed by this virus.

The hospitals and ER's are largely empty. Many people wouldn't go for fear of antibiotic resistant staph and strep in recent years, and now another big segment of people won't go because of the coronavirus. They know well that the hospitals are where the germs are and they don't want germs.

No, there are not. And just like Flynn, it will come out later.
I stopped reading right there, since your willingness to accept the fear mongering is evident.

I don't personally know of hundreds of people killed by vehicle accidents either. Did you want to use that fact to prove that vehicle deaths are a hoax, too?

    Not really.
I visited several ER's lately. (maybe I'm a reporter) All empty.
ER departments have seen VERY FEW cases of covid19, despite what the media wants you to believe.
And there is not some magical mountain of people dying at home from it.

    More Fear Mongering.

Once more time....Yes, SOME will die from it, but most of what you're hearing is fluff and fear mongering.

I'm pretty sure it is going to come out that the deaths from the virus have been drastically inflated. Big cities and states want a big chunk of federal money. Even for things completely unrelated to the virus like pension costs. So they are inflating the number of deaths the virus is causing them.

Nursing homes don't want to be liable for the deaths of residents so they attribute a lot of deaths to the virus.

But you know a whole lot of people whose lives have been personally devasted by the crazy shutdown response. What's wrong with that picture?

    BINGO!

For all the deaths, you don't know ANYONE who has it or has died from it.

    LOL

    Just as I thought.

Guess what? MOST People don't either. Imagine that.

The sad reality is that many people embrace the Fear Mongering as if their lives depend on it. "Global Warming", "Russian Collusion" and the list goes on and on and on. You will believe what you want to believe. And certain people exploit the hell out of that.

Probably half the victims wouldn't have lasted a year with their underlying conditions.

Nobody knows the exact answers to those questions with any virus, and I'm sure it varies from person to person, but we do know that being infected gives some immunity, it's the whole idea behind vaccine shots.

You are strongly encouraged to compare the total deaths, from all causes, in areas that have been hit by the virus against the average for those places in the same time frame.

People who would normally go to the ER or hospital tough it out instead. Because they don't want the corona virus to jump on them.
If the risk is higher or not doesn't matter. They ain't going to be moved by CDC assurances.

Based on the current virus science and data to date, no draconian virus mitigation methods are or were legally or morally justified in all but a few U.S. cities if even those.

Science and data could change, but as it stands now, a vast majority of the U.S. should never have been locked down and should not be locked down now.

Anyone disputing the above is either a) seriously misinformed of prevailing science, data and facts or b) an obvious fear-peddler with pretty obvious motivations, no c) answer. With respect to much of the U.S., there is no "good faith disagreement" possible at this time. Lockdown is illegal, unwise, immoral over much of the U.S.
