It appears to be gang related, per the OP link.

    ...
According to Woods, the incident involved gang-affiliated juveniles turning on their own.

Although we had out there that it was gang-related, we have nothing specific to say that it was any rivalry,” Woods said. “...However, each and every one of them in some shape or form is associated with a gang. Basically, simple terms, there is no honor among thieves, and at some point these three individuals turned on our three victims and murdered them.”

Not at all. The sheriff should watch criminals. The murderers were known criminals with extensive records

How many ridiculous suggestions, with not an ounce of thought put into them, are you going to make?

Should every single person ever convicted of a crime have a police officer following them around 24/7? That's exactly what you're suggesting.

Or can you admit that what you're suggesting is absurd and realistically impossible since it would require the hiring of...what...a couple million more police officers to follow every criminal around in the country....

But of course, working 8 hour shifts that's 3 police for every convicted criminal in the country.....we have the resources for that right?

I'm almost convinced they're trolling....could anybody really be seriously suggesting something this absurd?

    I remember.... @Alwayssa

Telling us that these offenders have no felony records.

I believe I asked you and that other thread where you heard that but I don't think that you responded to the question.

So I'm just still curious where you came upon that information

Maybe stop and frisk them, and, oh the horror, profile them.

Nothing I have seen shows whether or not they had any arrest records. One is 12, another is 17, and the final suspect I think is 16. And the three who were murdered were friends of the other three. One report shows that they may have been involved in gangs, but nothing confirmed yet. And being in a gang may not mean they have any type of arrest record, especially one who is 12 years old.

but yet you stated unequivocally that they had no felony records...

Having googled this story fairly extensively with a degree of interest ( incidentally, it's where I was born and raised ...... )

I specifically remember that you saying they don't have felony records.

I was just wondering where you got this information. Now I see that it is something that you have assumed, upon being further pressed for the source of that information.

If we're going to make assumptions I would argue that the fact that they did this crime probably means that they do have a record....

One does not just wake up someday and do such a thing. Usually things like this come after a progression and a pattern of behavior.

Especially in light of the fact that they were all members of a gang.

So if we must make assumptions my money would be on the most likely fact that they probably do have extensive records already

Except for here we have a concrete example and you have a hypothetical.

This is something that did occur versus your or something that could have occurred..

Can you show a similar case like this in reverse?

You'll probably have to search quite a distance and sometime ago.

Let us know what you find

By that point it would be happening back to Rich Democrats and they would pass a law against it.

I’m going to go out on a limb and say if three gang bangers had the capability to murder three of their amigos then this probably wasn’t their first crime. Maybe not even their first murder.

rich republicans aren't going around killing people. It would be the same as frisking elderly black ladies or Hasidic Jews. You frisk those who are most likely to cause violence in areas fraught with violence

well since the constitution means nothing to the gun restrictionists, if we are going to violate the bill of rights we at least might do something that actually reduces crime

That would be the most logical of the available conclusions at this point.

I don't think these boys first crime was stealing a pack of baseball cards out of Winn-Dixie a couple of weeks ago.

In fact, the statements from sheriff Billy are a sure indicator that this is not their first rodeo

Florida enacts a law, removing a law that stood as an infringement upon the second amendment......

And the above is your interpretation of it....

    That's incredible.
