    At a young age my dad hammered into my head three things:

    Get an education
    If you do a job, do it right
    You are the company you keep

    I would be interested knowing what advice these thugs got from their parents. I would also like to know if the schools they went to reinforced these values or pumped them full of crt and gender crap.

    you don't see conservatives or libertarians constantly trying to undermine the constitution with nonsense based on claims that since some of the signers were slave owners-and then claiming that means the constitution doesn't matter. You don't see conservatives or libertarians claiming that the constitution is a "living document" that can constantly change what it means. That's all from the left. They hate the constitution as being an impediment to their authoritarian schemes

    oh you seem to be mistaken. the amendment process is the proper way to change things. FDR ignored that by pretending the commerce clause allowed all sorts of stuff that violated the tenth

    If it is not being reported now by anyone, then I suspect there is not. Again, felony records are a matter of public records, and the police would have made that clear in their statements if that were the case, especially by a sheriff who is more political than law enforcement.

    He clearly identified them as gang members... In addition to stating that they had been committing other crimes, How many gang members do you think don't have criminal records on average?

    I haven't read that the 3 victims were involved in criminal activity. Do you have a source?

    No, you're the one mistaken. The constitution is a living document and it changes as time goes on. That's the whole point of the amendments especially the slave amendments.

    No, you're the one mistaken.

    When the left says 'living document' they are most certainly NOT referring to the amendment process. They are very clearly implying that it can be interpreted differently as time goes on.

    The left is clear in their distaste for the constitution which is exactly why they try to argue this point. They want to 're-interpret' the constitution how they see fit without going through the amendment process.

    Conservatives read the Constitution while progressives read it and "interpret" it.....

    Then after they get done with their interpretation, they declare it's a "living document" so they can you know, just alter it however the hell they want..
