Because your democrat is not only not getting the job done, he's actively working against his first obligation (national security).

Lols! And what has the republican congress done since it was elected? Or do you think that being elected to congress is just a paid holiday?

That right there is the key to a good immigration policy. Obviously it would require increasing funding for ICE and any other immigration related agency so they have the resources to handle an increase in requests but this is far more palatable than extremes in either direction. Wide open borders or closed borders with little chance for the average person to get in through legal means are all going to lead to the same place.

Polls a year away from an election merely register a generalized discontent, not a vote, and the incumbent is a symbol of it.

Trump is on a long losing streak. He lost the popular vote in 2016 by nearly 3 million, in 2020 by over 7 million, and backed a plethora of losing candidates in 2022.

The Cry Baby Loser's cult is giddy over his demonization of all patriotic Americans who do not mindlessly worship his yooj tapioca butt.

It is comical to see him projecting his own depravity onto others, in a childish "I know you are, but what am I?" petulance. His campaign consists of whining to media entertainers outside of court rooms, since airing out his putrid diaper is not tolerated within where credible evidence and sworn testimony is the coin of the realm of justice.

His only ploy to evade being called to account for his sordid antics is to dump his hoards of defense attorneys on the eve of ominous trials in order to secure the necessary delays of finding new ones who will need time to familiarize themselves with his various crimes.

He'll again claim to have won the election with callous contempt for the will of the People, in order to expunge all his crimes and focus on his heavy schedule of personal vendettas.

I anticipate that, as November 5, 2024 approaches, legitimate conservatives in the Republican Party will unite in the existential imperative of defeating the RINOs of Trumpery that have festered in their ranks since 2016. If decent Americans - Democrats, Republicans, and Independents - do not route the cultists, democracy will have destroyed itself.

Yup, and that's sort of like Ron DeSantis calling people like me "listless vessels"... Same effect.

Yup, that reeeeeeeeeeally makes me want to support Ron DeSantis over Donald Trump..........

And Nikki Haley mentioning Israel in all of her tweets instead of the USA... Seems like she isn't the least bit concerned about me and my country... I wholly endorse her for President of Israel though.....

And this is why the "professionally Republican" SUUUUUUUUUCK the BAGGGGGGGG......

That just goes to show what a corrupt media can do to an honest man. The actual campaign won't start until after the primaries. Then the question becomes: "Are you better off than you were four years ago?"

    Trump has never insulted voters.

Hillary! HAS (basket of deplorables)... Ron! HAS (listless vessels)... Mitt! HAS (47% don't pay income tax and won't vote for me)...

You're right. That's why I want MAGA candidates in Congress instead of the "professionally Republican" who are ultimately no different than Democrats are.

None of that involves you taking in any of the illegals and providing them with the essentials, such as: food, water, shelter, money, healthcare, jobs, etc etc....

    No, really.
If you look at the polls before and after her speech, especially the ones that were state focused, you see Hillary riding a crest, then her speech, then her death spiral.
In my opinion that speech cost Hilary the election.

As far as Nikki Haley, you're welcome to your opinion and of course to vote for who you want.
For my part, if the election were held today I'd vote for Haley.
But we'll see. Still a lot of time to see what our options are.

I just can't vote for somebody who isn't even focused on THIS country's problems... I don't want another war mongering President... I don't want a President who opposes online
    anonymity....

Honestly, I just want Trump back.

Maybe because having only the Communist, Fascist or Nazi Party, and no other choices is not such a good idea. One party states are not good for the people because as my grandfather, who was a state senator and later district committeeman, used to say, "If they stay in too long, they learn how to steal too well." He was a Republican, but he voted for FDR in 1932 because as he said, It was time for a change."

Look I have no argument with having a strong opposition party - seen too many instances here where a government mucked things up and allowed corruption because there was not a strong opposition. In fact there was a famous Australian politician who formed a third party “To keep the bastards honest”
    upload_2023-11-18_7-31-13.jpeg

America needs that third party in the house and senate to hold “balance of power”. This has good points and bad but it does break the back of the two party system

Up until now, the Democrats had near perfect party discipline. Joe Mansion was the only person who really held the Democrats back, and far left, monoparty jerks, like AOC, hated him. Israel might be the issue that breaks off the far left of the Democrat Party. The far left's position toward Hamas is disgusting, and it shows their true colors.

"Gas the Jews!" and "Hitler was right!" has been heard at these rallies when they let their guard down. It's going to drive a lot of Jewish people out of the Democrat Party to which they have traditionally been so loyal.

Perhaps that will make up your third party, but don't think that it will be easy. An effective party needs a good ground game to get out the vote, and groups, like the labor unions, to give them power. A bunch of TV ads is not going to do it.

I'll leave you with this. One of strongest third party challenges was in 1912 with Theodore Roosevelt as their candidate. They finished second in the election.

    Bull Moose Dollar B.jpg

You won't like the other two who did well. Strom Thurmond in 1948 and George Wallace in 1968. Both of them ran on overt or implied racist themes.

LOL. You can't even read your own post. Trump is up over Biden in most all polls, including most swing states. 80% of the country says they are financially worse off under Biden and 70% say the country is going in the wrong direction and you want to talk about 56%? You're reaching for straws.

Part of the trouble with taking solace from the “70% of the country is going in the wrong direction” claim is that a good part of those people are left winger, Sanders type supporters, who think Biden is too conservative. They are not your allies. The 80% economically worst of people think a regular payment from the government is the solution, not boosting the capitalist system.

As for the Biden vs. Trump polls, look at the margin of error. If Trump is ahead by 2% and the margin of error is 3%, which is common, that poll is a statistical tie. Given the rotten job Biden has done, most any Republican candidate should ahead of him by more than the margin of error.

Trump certainly has his flaws… his ego is the leading factor. Anyway, I’ll counter your post with a question about Biden’s negatives (in polls) and how that rates in comparison. ?
