As a real conservative I don't have to rethink my position. I am against welfare and free stuff for Europe.

Where was your talk of dishonor when your man Biden ran from Bagram in the middle of the night without even letting Afghan government know? You know, your President who left behind Afghans who had worked with our troops, interpreters and the like, so they could be hunted down and killed.

Yeah, you know what, for a guy who isnt anle to use the quote option properly you complain a lot about other people's word order. As I dont wanna go back and quote word by word the chaos you made with mixing your answers into my quote, its up to you if you wanna read the context again.

    1. I agreed upon that Trump could be the better option than others when it comes to make gangsters like Putin afraid not to step onto his toe. Although of course its a bit of speculation and we cannot know it for sure as you pretend to.

    2. If you read your own source carefully, the 2% is not part of the NATO treaties and there is no way to exclude a member state from NATO for failing that 2%. Nevertheless the alliance becomes meaningless if too many countries just try to let the US or others do the heavy lift. Formally its however Trump who is threatening to break the treaties.

    3. The OP is right that it is normally not acceptable to encourage a hostile nation to do whatever it wants.

Definitely a succesful invasion by someone who claimed his army could be in Paris in two weeks and is now in a stalemate in the Eastern Ukraine after two years. His aims were so called "de-nazification" of all of the Ukraine and a regime change in Kiew ... Russia completely failed.

The pathetic failure of the Russian Army already had consequences ... before seeing the Russian army in action Azerbaijan before 2022 would not have dared to cross the path of the Russian army, recently they just rolled up the Russian "peace keeping" forces in Nagorno-Karabakh, killing a lot of Russian soldiers and even a genral in it, because they know Russia is simply not up to a conflict with Turkey and they can do whatever they want.

Of course its possible, its just as strange to get lessoned by someone who obviously isnt able to avoid these insults, as it is that the very same person that is the only one or at least one of very few people who is not capable to use the quote function.

You were the one who seemed to be confused by a word order or some stuff like that, I am not confused by any of that and e.g. I am able to understand a text even if it contains a typo or something, because its a matter of intelligence if you still are able to get the context. So dont worry about me being confused, you complained about it, but I am not willing to put work into it, what you possibly didnt understood and what not.

The lack of specific facts in that post is nothing short of amazing. Lots of accusations... no specific facts at all. That makes the post ... worthless.

Again, I am not investing my time into going back and copying contexts which are lacking because you dont use the quote function. Thats exactly the problem if you write your answer just into other people's answers. You make a private discussion out of it because nobody else will read the walls of texts which are the results and the context simply doesnt appear there anymore.

Maybe you really dont get it or you just play the trolling game just to turn it into discussions without the context. Either way, have fun with it.

    Okay. Fine.

911: "hello, this is 911, Whats your emergency?"

female caller: "There is a man with a gun threatening to rape and kill me and my children"

911: "Have you paid your rent?"

female caller: " I am 2 months behind. I am a single mom, and working 2 jobs"

911: "We cannot help you. I must further inform you that abortion is illegal in this state, and any attempt to abort your rapists child will be met with the full force of the law. Have a good day!"

Invalid analogy. She has obviously paid her TAXES, which is what pays the police. Her rent has nothing to do with it. She's pays taxes on store items. Obviously she has these or she wouldn't have children. She also pays income taxes or she'd be on the street. You are equating MANDATORY, INVOLUNTARY payment of taxes with not paying rent. She spends more than a few months not paying rent... and she'll be calling from a pay phone on the sidewalk next to her tent.

Your analogy is vacuous... but amusing.

In this case it isnt. Putin makes no secret of his ambitions concerning the Baltics or Alaska e.g.

If he was able to do as he wants he would attack NATO states. However you could make the claim thats unrealistic.

In the end Trump is like he is. When it comes to his rhetorics he is like a race car with the brakes rather fit for a bicycle, what he does in the end is a different story; NATO somehow survived his first term, I would dare to bet if he gets his second term, NATO will survive that as well.

Trump made NATO stronger by coercing member nations to spend what they committed to on defense.

The Inconvenient Truth: America is notorious for election fraud and election rigging.
DP/RP have admitted this ugly truth repeatedly

“WASHINGTON — Minnesota Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar, who is pushing a bipartisan election security in Congress meant to harden defenses against interference, said Sunday that she fears the 2018 midterm elections are still vulnerable to hacking.

"I'm very concerned that you could have a hack that finally went through. You have 21 states that were hacked into, they didn't find out about it for a year," she said in an interview on NBC's "Meet the Press.”

    Amy KlobucharU.S. Senator for Minnesota
Amy in the News, Top Democrat Klobuchar says she remains 'very concerned' about a midterm election hack, NBC News, By Ben Kamisar, August 5, 2018.

Free and fair elections are a fundamental requirement for democratic government. Anyone who supports the democratic process should demand reform, oversight and transparency

The Russian army has 2 years experience of modern warfare with modern weapons, at scale. It is stronger than it has been in decades.

I suspect this is not a stalemate. I believe that if Putin wanted Kiev, he would have it. He invaded with 150k-180k troops. He could invade with 700k troops at any moment. And I think the Ukrainian cause cheerleaders know this, instinctively. Putin is concerned that Biden's team will start WW3 when they see a 700k Russian army advancing on Kiev, so close to Poland. Which is a good thing. I'll give Biden credit here; Putin should think twice before advancing such a large force so close to our NATO ally (which despite my anti-NATO comments, we are still in the treaty, and thus honor-bound to defend it). Although Biden seems to be deterring that through the potential of his administration acting insanely, and not through a more peace through strength stance, I'll take what I can get. Unlike most on your side, I actually consider your narrative of Putin continuing on through Poland as a possibility, and I don't want Biden's team to make that a self-fulfilling prophecy.

But I don't think Putin is willing to sit on these provinces forever while being attacked by NATO, and I fear if Biden doesn't come to negotiate soon, he is going to level Kiev like Grozny. I don't think he wants to, because of the ties to Russian history, and possibly how Russians would react to destroying the historic city. He cares about his power, and even after all that's happened with Ukraine, I think he thinks he will lose power with the people if he destroys Kiev.

Biden needs to negotiate like he should have done before the invasion instead of sending Kamala to further antagonize a leader who had an army amassed on the border. Now he is doing the same thing with Iran. It's clear that a major rapprochement needs to occur with Iran. It may not work with that theocratic regime. But we need to try before a major conflict. Not only for our honor, but for the regular Iranian people to see us try. It has to start with acknowledging, publicly, what we did to Iran in the 1950's.

But just like with Ukraine, we are going to witness zero diplomacy to avoid this conflict. Biden's team is just going to let it go down like they did in Ukraine...

I dont know if it was even worse years before, compared to the expectations its absolute pathetic. See above, its no coincidence Azerbaijan made the decision just to annihilate the Russian "peace keppers" and just take Nagorno Karabakh when they saw the toothless tiger or in this case bear.

That shows what I wrote above, he himself - as myself at this point - estimated the Russian army on par with e.g. the US military, which the best weapons on paper are, but they are completely underperforming. Of course he wanted to have all of Ukraine, that was his condition and he still wants to.

No, such a mobilization takes time. Even his 150 K invasion took months to prepare just logistically (maybe much longer when you count his preparation before, I mean just to let the troops march on).

I think the Ukraine itself was surprised about the pathetic Russian performance as every other nation was, including Russia itself, US, China, Europe, etc. I for myself was thinking of a scenario like the US invading Iraq, although I had in mind if the Ukrainian army could be tougher than I expect, it could take maybe a 2-3 months. My thought was, Russia's problems would begin after they occupied Ukraine and entered a Vietnam-Afghanistan-like scenario, in which the hate of the surpressed native population leads to terror with no end in sight and - hands down - with CIA support plus those of countless other agencies it would have been a Vietcong on steroids. Now we are even far away from that point. I considered the Russian army as the second or third strongest in the world, it turns out, it could be eventually the second strongest in the Ukraine.

There isnt even the slightest doubt that Putin wants this, the only question is if he maybe realized how bad his army is and that he cannot afford it. After seeing the desaster in the Ukraine, I have serious doubts that he could deal with the Polish military which I consider the strongest army in Europe atm now having seen the Russian army perform (the potential of UK, Germany, France or Italy might be bigger, but Poland is preparing for years for this now and is on alert, they are in way better shape).

I think he doesnt care a lot, neither about the Ukranian nor the Russian people. Many people compare him to Adolf Hitler, Stalin or other dictators, I think you can predict him better if you rather consider him as a Pablo Escobar or (as Escobar was more hot-headed) other drug lords. A kleprocrat without a lot of ambition for his nation or people or society or anything not Putin-related.

I respect your good intentions, but right now theocrats in Iran are in charge, since 1979 and its not predictable, if they are maybe still in charge in 2079. Lets say the US aplogizes for the coup, I dont see any relevant part that changes. A lot of Iranian people hate their regime, but it seems they have enough support as well, despite all the uprisings against it in 2009, nowadays, etc. it doesnt seem like they could bring the regime close to collapse.

You are failing to prove there's fraud large enough to change national election outcomes.
