Oh those western wonder weapons aren't so wonderful after all. Hype silenced by simple mines. The ukies in Crimea yet? Fat chance, they don't even want to operate Bradleys and Leopards since there is a bounty on them.

Thought I'd inject a little truth about the conflict. Ukie is losing...feeding the sausage maker like pros. Meanwhile Russian troops sit back and let the ukie nazis commit suicide. Special Denazification Operation going quite well.

https://news.yahoo.com/ukrainian-un... forced to,foot, The Washington Post reported.

Ukrainian units are leaving behind the battle tanks and infantry fighting vehicles donated by Western allies and advancing slowly on foot, The Washington Post reported.

"You can no longer do anything with just a tank with some armor because the minefield is too deep, and sooner or later, it will stop, and then it will be destroyed by concentrated fire," Ukraine's commander-in-chief General Valery Zaluzhny told The Post.

The minefields have exposed the limitations of Western-provided armor, which Ukraine had long been requesting to help in its fight to take back territory occupied by Russia.

Although the vehicles are sturdy, soldiers inside typically suffer only minor injuries; they have failed to overcome Russia's defenses alone, according to the report.

Nearly a third of the Bradley armored vehicles sent to Ukraine by the US have already been put out of action, according to open-source data.

OP's ignored so not really bothered with the original comments but can only assume it's some form of overbloated gloat? Anyway, from what I can see, Ukrainian tactics are based around isolating Russian positions and wearing them down with their artillery/counter battery support (also the interdiction of logisitcs hubs ) before pinching them out with dismounted troops. It's not that spectacular from a Youtubing or reporting angle as there's no quick way of doing it or corners that can be cut when dealing with minefields and entrenched positions. Ukraine commanders are being pretty canny about the use of men and machinery they currently have at their disposal.

Resistance to the Draft .. can't blame the poor Blokes .. In the USA we were there .. boys forced into Service .. the ones who dodged made it into high places though .. Vietnam .. na na na.

Strange we are supporting policy in Ukraine which is illegal here at Home .. something which we as a society are supposed to dispise. .. but alas "The Fog of War" .. where morals and conviction and integrity goes to die.

"Bray like a Donkey" -- your words .. not mine :)

Why do you keep asking for links already given to you.. pretending they have not been given. Pretending Jack did not post the ISW link ..30% depletion.. which you now cry out " Where is the link for 30% depletion" and cry out that others are floundering ...projecting your state of being onto others.

Now go find those links given to you .. and stop this incessant floundering

Apparently they don't have search engines in the rural Dakotas.

    Else he could find this

"You can no longer do anything with just a tank with some armor because the minefield is too deep, and sooner or later, it will stop, and then it will be destroyed by concentrated fire," Ukraine's commander-in-chief General Valery Zaluzhny told The Post.

A Bradley scrap pile link is in the OP.

It would appear so - tough to understand the apparent lack of access to information - but, this is not the problem. This is more a case of "Disingenuous Oblivion" --

Um Yes Zoomer .. I do think we have found such.

How else would you explain such behavoir ?

So the news outlet isn't entirely sure itself?

If there's all these vids of destroyed Bradley's everywhere....where are they?

Surely these gopnik conscripts have phones to take pics ?

Wait....don't they get taken away so the true casualties the orcs take aren't revealed ?

Thanks for playing Bill....another post lost in translation.

Following the delivery of American M2 Bradley fighting vehicles to Ukraine in April, multiple Western sources have reported at least one third of the vehicles have been visually confirmed as having been abandoned, damaged or destroyed. This was supported by prior reports, including one from the New York Times, highlighting that Ukraine’s Western-trained 47th Mechanised Brigade had lost 30 percent of its Bradleys within just two weeks. The first images of the vehicles taking heavy losses in combat, alongside German supplied Leopard 2A6 tanks, emerged in early June. Although Washington has pledged to continue to supply new Bradleys to Ukraine, and to eventually supplement them with M1A2 Abrams tanks, it has also repeatedly been made clear by officials and lawmakers in the United States that the future of arms supplies to the Eastern European country will depend heavily on the success of its new offensives. The long anticipated offensive against Russian positions which began in early June has so far seeing Ukrainian forces gain little ground and take tremendous losses, which has been highly damaging to the reputations of many key weapons systems including the Bradley and the Leopard 2. New Western built armour was notably not deployed for combat before the new offensives, and was conserved for use by more elite units such as the 47th Mechanised Brigade to make important breakthroughs against Russian positions.

Amid heavy losses, Ukraine has repeatedly pulled back its German Leopard 2 tanks from the frontlines, while its other modern Western tank class the British Challenger 2 is not known to have been deployed in combat at all. Older Leopard 1 tanks, which have been delivered in much lager numbers, have continued to take losses in combat. Russian attack helicopters have been highlighted in both Western and Russian reports to be taking a particularly heavy toll on Ukrainian armour. Russian sources have particularly praised the performance of the new Vikhr-1 anti armour missile, which is deployed by Ka-52 attack helicopters, and which has been seen in footage destroying Bradleys on multiple occasions.

Back in reality, the Bradleys are knocking out T-72s at a good rate. The Ukrainians have learned the Russians lose theirshit if they see any western armour, which makes the Russians easy to ambush or hit with counterbattery fire after Ukraine baits them.

And Ukraine will be getting a whole crapload, 100 launcers, of hawk missiles from Taiwan, which takes care of the midrange antiaircraft problem. Russian attack helicopters will be shot of the the sky now.

Causualties? Boy howdy, are they lopsided. Russian conscripts die in droves, while Ukraine take light casualties in comparison. After attritioning much of the Russian army away, the two sides are now basically equal in manpower, armored vehicles and artillery.

    A dog named Bradley
The armored fighting vehicles are so admired by Ukrainian soldiers that running around Kach’s team’s camp barking is “Bradley” – the brigade press officer’s 6-month-old rescue puppy.

The Velcro flag patch on Kach’s chest was a parting gift from his American trainer in Germany, who told him it would bring good luck. But it was the thick armor, powerful machine guns, rockets and night vision capabilities on the Bradley that gave Kach a boost of confidence when ordered to assault the Russians.

When the brigade did, the Russians were ready. Dense minefields had been laid, rows of winding trenches were dug. Russian artillery started to pick off the vehicles sent out to de-mine the area. On top of that, this southern direction of attack was perhaps the most predictable in the offensive: designed to try to punch through the Russian line, drive south and split the southern land bridge connecting Russian-occupied Crimea and Donbas before finally reaching the Sea of Azov.

Wowsa. I need some of what you're smoking. 35% of the Bradleys are smoldering scrap iron. They can't get past the mine field to even reach opposition tanks.

Bradleys are made of aluminum. One of the first things I saw in Iraq was a shiny metal aluminum pool which had been a Bradley, with the steel engine block sitting intact in in it. Bradleys burn. burn. We have already developed a replacement vehicle. We also have many systems designed to clear minefields. I don't think we sent any to Ukraine. More fantastic Biden bumbled management.

Ukraine is being destroyed for the purely political objective bringing regime change to Moscow.

    https://sputnikglobe.com/20230624/s...-turning-into-suicide-mission-1111441680.html

"The long-awaited Ukrainian counteroffensive that kicked off on June 4 has bogged down, with Moscow projecting Ukrainian losses at over 13,000 troops and hundreds of tanks and armored vehicles.

"Ex-US Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter has told Sputnik that NATO knew the counteroffensive would fail from the start, and explained why..."

"The counteroffensive, which Russian United Nations ambassador Vassily Nebenzya characterized as 'suicidal' on Friday, has featured military planners in Kiev throwing waves of troops, tanks and armored vehicles against elaborate Russian defenses consisting of infantry trenches, anti-personnel and anti-tank minefields, anti-tank dragon’s teeth and earthen beams.

"Russia has also secured air and artillery superiority, which seemed to have nullified Kiev’s NATO-provided intelligence capabilities.

"The counteroffensive 'never had a chance to succeed,' and those who planned it knew it, Scott Ritter told Sputnik’s New Rules podcast.

"'And so if that’s the case, you have to ask yourself, why did this go forward? And I think it’s clear that this counteroffensive never had a legitimate military purpose.

"It was always done for political reasons, 'Ritter said, stressing that it’s important to remember that NATO, in its quest to 'hurt' Russia by pouring tens of billions of dollars into Ukraine, doesn't actually care about Ukrainians."

When are you expecting your puppet government to reclaim Crimea, before or after the last Ukrainian dies for US imperialism?

    https://sputnikglobe.com/20230624/s...-turning-into-suicide-mission-1111441680.html

"Patrushev said Ukraine has lost 246 tanks, including 13 supplied by the West, 595 armored fighting vehicles, 279 artillery and mortar systems, 42 multiple rocket launchers, two anti-aircraft missile systems, four helicopters, over 260 drones and 424 vehicles over the past three weeks.

"Commenting on the losses, President Putin said Kiev’s Western allies seem to have cynically 'decided to fight Russia to the last Ukrainian.'"
