My government has guaranteed Israel's existence and I support my government. What dog do you have in the fight? Do you really give a damn about either side or just against the one America supports?

 

My dog is the nation of Israel, directly.

The U.S. does not have any treaties with Israel. They are the only things U.S. citizens are bound by. The U.S. does have agreements with Israel but nothing which guarantee's Israel's existence.

The reasons for this episode of the conflict are very ambitious, to end Hamas attacks on Israel. Maybe a little too ambitious. The propaganda war is intense and seemingly effective and will probably shut the Israelis down. I was hoping we would see them accomplish their goal but there are no end to the people willing to show them how to lose.

 

I demand my government do the right, moral thing. Our government works for us, not the other way around. Blindly supporting the government is the most un-American thing I can imagine, and what has lead to the massive problems we have today. Our current foreign policies enact the will of the elites of the world, not the American people. Stop being a blind follower, subservient to the world's elite that don't care about you. They care about their own wealth and power. Demand better from your government. You are supposed to be a free man, not a subservient, blind follower of the will of your betters.

I've watched the conflict for decades and I choose to support the side I think is right. I don't have skin in the game (dog).

 

Why do you think Israel is right though, that's my undermining question?

 

Because they have been under constant attack and they deserve to have peace and security.

 

Meanwhile, you don't see anyone setting themselves on fire to protest the war in Ukraine. Why? Because it's not a war. It's a money laundering operation.

 

It is a shame he didn't get the help he needed. I will mourn his passing, but I will not be celebrating his suicide by pretending it was noble in some way.

 

We literally have thousands upon thousands of Ukranians sacrificing their lives to protect their homeland. Just because they do so I actual war and not in a publicity gimmick like this doesn't make their deaths magically disappear

 

Their deaths don't make the Ukraine war any less of a money laundering operation, either.
