US soldier self immolation outside Israeli embassy

I have no indication of what Palestinian leadership tells civilians. Two wrongs wouldn't make IDF right. There are instances of people being told by IDF to go to places that were soon bombed. Another example is how they killed many people bombing a refugee camp because their intel suggested a terrorist leader was there. At worst, they want to kill Palestinian civilians but only do so when they feel they can get away with it with their allies, and at best they don't care about the lives of Palestinians. It is the greatest irony, of course, given what led to the re-establishment of Israel as a state.

 

Hamas has the ability to keep their civilians out of harms way. They have tunnels, but choose to hide behind innocent people so that they have images they can use to demonize Israel. To say that Israel wants to kill Palestinians when they can get away with it, required ignoring the fact that there was no occupation prior to the murder, rape, mutilation, kidnapping attack. If they cared about their people, they would release the hostages.

Looking at the big picture, the ultimate goal is to rid the land of Jews, Christians, atheists, gay people, non-Muslims, and those critical of religion/government. There is only one tiny strip of land in the region where this has not been accomplished.

 

Israel doing wrong doesn't make Hamas right. But if they think slaughtering a bunch of innocent people will weaken Hamas, they are wrong. Nowhere is really safe for civilians in gaza. Israel made sure of that. And they made double sure by telling people a place is safe and then bombing it.

 

The guy was a self declared communist and member of Antifa who called his buddies comrades online, wrote crackpot nonsense for an Antifa (communist) publication, and was very into gay furry porn with drawn images of children as furries in sexual poses.

I totally disagree. I think it has already done tons to change opinions on the conflict. It has definitely raised awareness. He accomplished far more than any member of Hamas did for the plight of the Palestinians.
