I am describing diets that promote excessive carbs and seed oils, are you agreeing those are bad?

I've already said excess carbs are bad. Meanwhile, feel free to tell me where I can find a single doctor who says you should NEVER eat ANY fiber. Go ahead.

what about heavily processed seed oils, do we agree there too

I never said to never eat fiber, but bathroom results are better without it studies show

the fact is, many are thriving on a carnivore diet... you don't have to like it, but it is what it is

Heavily processed anything, including oils and meats.

That's not even remotely true. And, yes promoting all-meat means promoting no-fiber.

This is not only BS but dangerous BS.

well we have two things we agree on then, heavily processed vegetable oil is not good, and excessive carbs is not good

many are thriving on a carnivore diet... just the reality of it, you can call it bs all you want

maybe we should quit while we found a couple items we agree on :)

I'm not calling it BS. Science is. Logic is. I'm just reporting what reality is saying. Not all of us are fans of malnutrition, heart disease, and cancer. You might as well promote an all-cigarette or all-alcohol diet.

Hippies tell us the same thing about "breatharian" diets and crystals. I'll keep going with science. You keep going with what idiots on YouTube tell you while failing to provide any evidence.

No. Anecdotes say that. Not science. There's a difference. Where, exactly, are you going to be getting your Vitamin C in your all-meat diet, but the way? I thought you said scurvy was bad.

    science disagrees with you

    https://www.doctorkiltz.com/the-harvard-carnivore-diet-study/

"Based on the data, researchers concluded that “Contrary to common expectations, adults consuming a carnivore diet experienced few adverse effects and instead reported health benefits and high satisfaction.”"

Feel free to link to the actual study. Not a summary that cites Joe Rogan and Jordan Peterson. You know why that's BS.

explain why they are so health, they should all be dead from what you're saying

"Not surprisingly to Mann, despite the Masai’s high-fat diet, carnivore diet, their blood pressure and weight were about 50% less than an average American. And they were essentially free from heart disease, cancer, or diabetes—the so-called diseases of civilization. 5"

that is a real life study, along with the Eskimos that only ate meat

where are all these people harmed by the carnivore diet, why are we not seeing all this harm you claim will happen?

    the study was published here

Diet has to be one of the most BS-filled topics there is. There are just countless people making questionable claims and publishing all sorts of books and blogs and social media content designed to make the publisher a ton of money. They have a practically infinite audience of people who want to improve their health or alter their eating habits based on some ideology, or both. Good science is easily buried and lost in all the marketing and hype.

I never said there wouldn't be temporary benefits. Meanwhile, there are plenty of health, thriving vegan bodybuilders that you've had referenced and have failed to address.

The study. Link to the actual, peer reviewed study. And if you mean the Maasai people, no, they aren't carnivores. There is NO research showing that eating greens increases risk of heart disease or cancer or diabetes.

Or the claims about their diet are inaccurate and/or there are other contributing factors, such as lifestyle.

Americans like to imagine we can get the benefits of a more active, more natural lifestyle simply by eating differently. We're a very food-obsessed people.

The research does not bear out your claims. No, they aren't pure carnivores, and most of the population isn't getting decent caloric intake (which is common for the area). But you were literally the guy saying fiber is bad for digestion, so I don't hope to get through to you.

many eat the carnivore diet and are thriving, doesn't seem to be as dangerous as some want to make it out to be

not only that, it seems to help many people
