why ask a question that i have already answered in an effort to hide the fact that you pretended that a finding of liability is the same thing as a finding of "guilty"?

Only after you tell me why you think a finding of liability is the same thing as a conviction

that's not a finding of guilt. are you unaware of the standards of proof in a civil matter vs a criminal case? the answer is obviously YES

It doesn't matter if they're not the same. It means he DID it! Which means you support a sexual pervert.

Which should have been obvious even before that, after 16 accusations of sexual assault, having raped his own wife, testimony of people who didn't want to go through the embarrassing process of accusing him (some of them while minors), and his own words ON TAPE.

ANY of the above by itself, might not prove that he's a pervert. But the accumulation leaves no doubt in the eyes of any reasonable person of moderate intelligence.

Don’t forget GOP lost 2 senate seats in 2022. They lost 2 governorships in 2022, but they did take the house. And top them they won everything.

They won the house, but lost the popular vote. They won it thanks to heavy gerrymandering, most of which has been overturned by the courts so it will be much less relevant this year.

no it doesn't mean that-it means he more likely did it than not in the eyes of a few people. His presumption of innocence still remains. And that woman is a certifiable nut case. NO ONE is victimized that much

If your argument is that the side that wins a given election is always superior, then you most admit that the GOP was the superior party in the years it held both houses and the Presidency.

Only in a criminal court. Anywhere else this, and everything I mentioned, leaves NO doubt in the mind of any reasonble moderately intelligent human being that he did it. Of course, not all of them will admit it. But you can already see in this thread that some are having an existential crisis. And these are hard-core MAGAs... Republicans who are not THAT committed will certainly vote (or not vote) based on their moral convictions. The rest will EVENTUALLY come to their senses, when all the noise subsides and they have a chance to look at all this rationally. And they will look back at this and wonder ... "what the hell was I thinking!"

we heard tons of Clinton supporters claimed that he never had sex with Lewinsky. Or that Hunter Biden isn't corrupt.

between you and me, I think Trump is a pig. but his policies are better than Biden's and Biden is as flawed an individual as Trump with less intelligence

I do. At the end of the day , election result is the “report Card” for any administration / political party.

Trump won 2016 election because he was better political candidate then Clinton.

I don't find elections to have much value in determining which candidate had better policies.

You may have a point. But if a politician with better policy can’t win election then he is worthless. Good policy are only good if you can implement them.

Yes I am. But like golem said, it doesn't matter if they're not the same. It means he DID it.

Perhaps I am unreasonably cynical, but I think if Trump loses he will claim the election was stolen… again… and that an unknowable number of his supporters will act out violently, possibly to the point of bringing us to the brink of civil war. I have just lost faith in people to be reasonable about politics. Politics is about blaming the other side for all that is wrong with the country while accepting no responsibility ourselves.

Them = evil. Us = good. Reality is the evil we see in them exists in us… it’s just our bias, prejudice and delusions keep us from seeing this. Why take responsibility when we can just blame them…
